Alpha Rex.

Alpha Rex.

Ash whispered, “Divinity?” Isabella’s stomach dropped. “I’m not a god.” The silver gaze returned to her. Not yet. The ground seemed to tilt. Rex’s hand closed around hers. Firm, grounding. “Explain what you are.” The stranger studied him coolly. “I am a Warden.” “Of what?” Kael demanded. “Of thresholds.” Ash frowned. “Thresholds between what?” The Warden’s gaze drifted briefly toward the sky where faint cracks still shimmered like healing scars.

my father agreed. “For now, I will start assigning some of the new warrior recruits to the rotation for deployment to the north. That’ll be good experience for them, and the more warriors we have trained in investigations, the better for our pack.” “Yes, yes, very good,” my father agreed. He always seemed to be a bit more agreeable in his beta’s presence. ***

A Game With No Rules

A Game With No Rules

Undoing the buttons of my white dress shirt, I piled it up on the back of the chair as well and waited for the captive’s response. Andrya is a brawny man, bearing the insignia of Balandin’s family above his heart - a side profile of a bear’s head with two swords forming an X below it. It wasn’t surprising that Warden wanted this man dead. To say that the two recruits would retire permanently after they got out of the hospital would be an understatement. A walking stick will be constant in their lives because of this man. Even with ropes binding his huge frame on the iron chair, he still wears a mocking facade, spitting on the side before speaking. “You’re playing a grown-up game, boy. My men

The Billionaire Alpha's Revenge

The Billionaire Alpha's Revenge

The Warden scout ship was an atrocity of geometric design. It looked like a massive, floating guillotine, glowing with harsh, sterile white light. It ignored the Old Ones’ Crucible manifestations entirely, descending directly toward Manhattan with a single, horrifying purpose: sterilization. "Seventy-two hours, my ass," Ben swore, clutching his tablet. His vampire fangs elongated slightly in his stress. "They must have used a slipstream jump. The ship is charging a sub-orbital plasma array. Jack, if that thing fires, it won't just destroy the building. It will vaporize the entire island of Manhattan down to the bedrock."

Lira asked. Nora looked past them, to the forest now pulsing with faint silver light. “Not entirely. But there’s a story of the First Bond. Before packs, before Crowns, there was something older. The Warden wasn’t a guardian. It was a collector. It stored memories of every death, every scream, every drop of blood shed by magic.” Lira shivered. “And now it’s free.” “Which means it’s remembering everything it ever consumed,” Nora said. “And I'm rewriting it.”

Damien Vale. It wasn’t scratched out. It was glowing. And next to it? Elara Vale. There was a new word under mine: Bearer. The shard I held pulsed—just once. Then died. And went completely silent. “No…” “Welcome to the ledger,” a voice behind me said. I turned and spotted a shape enrobed in black ice. The Warden. His face was a wilderness of runes and veins, but the force within him was irrefutable. “Long time been waiting for you,” he said. “You and your precious shard.” I raised my hand, but the shard did not respond, and then he smiled.

A Contract With An Alpha

A Contract With An Alpha

Luca walked in, flanked by a woman I hadn’t seen before. Tall. Built. Sharp eyes. She looked like she could break someone’s neck in one move and still walk off like nothing happened. Her hair was tied back, not a strand out of place. And the moment our eyes met—there was tension. Thick. Cold. Unspoken. Zarek noticed. “This is Nora,” he said, walking over to stand beside her. “She’s one of our top warriors. From today, she’ll be guarding you.” I tilted my head. “Guarding me?”

He tells them. “Shaba is going home to Washington in a soundproof glass cell.” He says. “The rest are headed to the island prison.” He says as Shaba’s plane lands. “You said the island prison?” Tanner asks. “Yeah, you didn’t think your team and former pack weren’t the only myths that existed?” Nezerra tells him. “No, actually I have been there.” He says as they all looked at him. “I wasn’t a prisoner, more of a guard. It was right after I got back and the worse of the worse wolves were sent there. The things I saw during my employment there were horrific. Some of these wolves don’t deserve that.” Tanner says.

Luna Of The Lost And Forgotten

No territory by that name existed on any of my maps. She seemed to notice the thought crossing my mind. “We are an independent territory,” she added calmly. Then her gaze settled on me. “And you are?” I cleared my throat slightly and leaned back in my chair. “Marcus Wardcrest,” I responded. “Alpha of Warden’s Pass.” I watched them carefully as the words settled. Their expressions shifted slightly. But whether it was surprise… or complete indifference… I could not yet tell. *** Lyra The walk through the corridors of Warden’s Pass had felt far longer than it actually was.
