Daniel exchanged a glance with one of his officers. Isabella caught it at once. "What?" she asked. "What happened?" Daniel exhaled slowly. “We just got the final report on Naomi’s death.” Alexander straightened. “And?” "She wasn't poisoned. There was no medical complication. Naomi… was murdered." A cold shiver ran down Isabella’s spine.

He wanted to say something but kept his mouth shut. In the end, he simply lowered his gaze. Very quickly, Chloe came back. When she came back, she was holding her phone.
