’ That weekend, at the Topazes… Naomi stood in front of the full-body mirror to try on one set of clothes after another while Lucy was urging her by sending messages through the phone. She chose a thick orange sweater and a plaid skirt in the end. She put on a knit cap and went downstairs with her bag. Anthony was talking to someone on the phone in front of the window with a cup of coffee in his hand. When he turned his head around, he saw his daughter was heading out. He put his phone down and asked, “Nelly, I thought you were off today.” “Yeah.” Naomi was putting on her shoes in the doorway. “My colleague asked me out.”

~Jennifer~ It’s the show day now. I hurried from Cora’s room, heading back to my room. On my way came Naomi. She wore an evil smirk across her face. She stopped in my part, and I glared at her. “Welcome to my famous show of the year, Omega Luna,” she scoffed. “I don’t have time for you this morning, Naomi. Get off my way,” I said, trying to walk past, but she blocked my way.

“And now that Damon’s fighting to keep his position, they will move faster. The only thing holding them back is the fact that Clara knows Damon would burn the world to the ground before letting her touch you.” Naomi looked down at her hands. No one answered Naomi, but they pulled her up harshly and dragged her broken body outside the cell. Naomi snarled, thrashing her body violently to stop the humiliation bestowed on her by two mere witches. “I am the youngest daughter of Alpha Nolan. He will kill you if you treat me like this,” She snarled at them when she couldn’t get out of their grasp. “Save your strength, mutt. You will need it later,” Mona scolded Naomi, irritated by Naomi’s screams. Naomi glared hard at Mona. She recognized the witch. She looked very similar to Roma, but she was Roma’s cousin.

What if he was very ugly? Naomi carried her clothes and arrived in front of the bed. She untied her bathrobe, and took out a black shirt from inside, and a skirt that reached to her knees. Her long hair was tied up behind her head, and in an instant, she looked as though she had been a queen. Naomi Murphy, as the CEO of the Murphy Real Estate Group. She was the only daughter of the Murphy family. "Boss, were you alright last night?" Madison asked softly.

“Hi, I’m Naomi. Hades’ nanny.” I blinked at her. Nanny? I darted a look back at Hades, disbelief written all over my face. How old was he to still have a nanny? But Hades just stood there, watching the entire exchange, not bothering to explain. Naomi gave my hand a squeeze, her eyes sparkling as she looked me over. “You are so beautiful,” she said warmly. “A little skinny, but lovely. Don’t worry, we’ll just fatten you up and you’ll make a wonderful bride.”

As I stepped outside, my senses were overwhelmed by the vibrant sight of emerald green grass swaying gently in the breeze, the symphony of chirping birds, and the soothing sound of flowing water. It was a picturesque scene that could easily grace the pages of a fairytale. However, as I ventured inside, a stark contrast awaited me. The furniture, with its intricate carvings and exquisite designs, seemed more fitting for a museum than a home. Yet, amidst the grandeur of each room, an eerie absence of warmth and vitality lingered in the air. It felt as if every breath I took subtly drained my energy, leaving me with a sense of unease.

His friendly smile put me at ease. “So…first day at college and you are already in trouble. You must be a bad girl,” Eddie winked. “No way! I was just running late, that’s all,” I giggled nervously. “I am joking. My name is Eddie, as you heard Ms. Barns say. What’s your name?” Eddie asked me. “Marina,” I replied. “Marina, what a beautiful name. It suits you.” Eddie smirked. “Tha…thanks,” I stammered. Ugh, why did I have to be so shy about everything? Eddie didn’t seem like the kind of guy who likes a mumbling idiot.

"Miss, can we get to know each other? I'm Flynn Cooper. May I get your number?" Slap! Naomi was furious. She slammed her hand on the table and shouted, "Flynn Cooper! Can't you understand human language? I told you to get lost!" Flynn looked at Naomi with disdain. "Naomi, you're overstepping! I'm just trying to get this beautiful lady's number. What's it to you?" Naomi was about to explode when her phone rang. It was a call from Zayan. After answering the call, Naomi told Chad and Matilda, "I need to go home. You two go ahead and eat. I'll be back soon."
