Chapter Twenty-Eight. Nina's POV "I wish you a happy ending." "Huh?..." I was shocked when I heard Droon's confused voice as a reply. My body literally said screen shot because of so much surprise. I forgot that I'm not alone. Arghhh old habits die hard for them. I'm used to talking to myself and always being alone. To think someone would actually reply is terrifying! What is this?! horror movie?! If I was in earth, I might have passed out from shock and fear. If I didn't know Droon, I would probably think that there are really spirits here. I might conclude that this book is no rom-com, but a horror novel!

She wore No make up, but she was stunning, all natural and glowing. They all looked at her, green with envy. “Is she a Luna princess? I didn’t get her name in the book.“ The Beta who was announcing. Liam rose a brow at her wondering who exactly she was. “No she isn’t.” A female voice said. Liam turned and saw it was Luna Rachel. “She is a slave with traitor blood.”

Maybe Wagner can recognize them. The second drawer has 100 little jars inside, and the jars were filled with red liquid. It’s getting weird. I saw the white book inside the third drawer. “Finally, I found you.” I walked back to Niah and saw her in deep meditation that she didn’t hear the magical happenings. “Hey,” I said. I tapped her shoulder to wake her up. She was not moved, so I shook her shoulders. “What? What happened? Are we caught?” she urgently said.

YNNAH I arrived home completely dumbfounded by what I had just witnessed. I still couldn’t believe my eyes. I had seen things that only existed in fantasy stories and movies—things I never imagined I would encounter in real life. A sky that seemed to open up, emitting a blinding, dazzling light that hurt just to look at. A strange, faint cry echoing in the darkness—the sound of a man suffering in unimaginable pain. Something rushed past me, moving at such incredible speed that I couldn't even identify what it was. And then, behind that massive Narra tree… a single, silky black feather, beautiful and rare, soaked in fresh blood.
