“Isn’t it too early?” Lizzy shook her head as she went to work creating a test to see if Chloe carried Tristan’s child. “I probably shouldn’t say this because it’s dangerous for you to bear a child, but, I’m hoping that your half human factor is enough to offset the Lyronia side of you because I’d really love a dragon in the family.”

I darted in and out of the trees as fast as my legs would carry me. Soon enough I came into the clearing by the lake. Sat by the edge of the water was Draco's enormous ashen gray dragon. He let out another deafening roar into the air, and it was such a sad song. My heart broke for him when he lowered his head and nudged at the lifeless body of Lorena. His snout was huge, almost half the size of her tiny body, but he was so gentle when he tried to nudge her awake. He knew she was gone, but there was a part of him hoping that he was wrong. I stepped forward with my hands up, and when my foot snapped a twig he startled, shooting a fireball at me. I jumped out of the way and shouted out, “Draco,

"Maybe not, but it seems my girl here is willing to put aside her instincts in order to try to do what you're asking. Would any of you be willing to do the same for her?" I raised my chin. "That's different." "How?" Drace fired back. "We've known that we were dragons since we were little. We know our legends, history." Drace laughed in my face. "And what part of your legends, your history prepared you for a half-man, half-dragon hybrid? Where was your caution when you threw yourself off Caer Sidi? Thane threw himself after her and he'd never flown before." I jerked. Fuck. She was right. I winced again. "Fine. No more risky behavior until we're all trained." I looked down into my girl's face.

Rain’s POV I was soaring above the clouds the wind blowing my long hair out of my face. I could see the clear blue skyline as I swirled around in a circle, only to see my body change in midair. I became a beautiful icy blue dragon with pale blue wings and spikes that ran from my back down my tail. I knew I was dreaming when I saw my face had changed into a beautiful dragon snout with razor sharp teeth. Horns sat atop my head and more short spikes ran the length of my neck. My dragon scales were shining in the sunlight a magnificent icy blue hue. My dragon’s underside was a sparkling shade of the palest blue I had ever seen. I knew without having ever seen this beauty before that this was Rey

Make that Hikaru and this mystery witch. My feelings confuse me as Hikaru takes a shine to him and I don’t know whether I find it hot or should be jealous. Seeing his semi hard cock through his pants as his eyes wander over Hikaru put me on edge. I don’t feel the pull of the mate bond but I feel an intense attraction. When the dragon kisses him and tells him to make us each a drink, I get the idea that the dragon is staking a claim. Is he jealous?

At three and a half years old, he’s already shifting, flying, and has started catching his own food. As we walk back to our house, I realize how odd our little family is. In five years, Iniko will shift into a full-grown man. Kaze, who is older, will be a fully grown dragon, but only eight years old in his human form. Lyra, who is only three months, will be a fully grown dragon, but a five-year-old in human form. Cyrene and Daijiro will develop slower because they both have the tiger gene, but will still be more advanced than a typical human. Nova and Brooke will both be adults by then, but may still be struggling with their dragon hybrid DNA.

Jergintarth howled in pain. “Scarlet, help me. Take this baby dragon to the healing lake. Put him in the lake. He can breathe underwater. I have to help Jer,” said Albus pleading. "Fine, Albus," said Scarlet as she pulled Draco's body. Even though he was still small, Draco's body was quite large and heavy for a human. "Edmund, help your mother. Carry baby Draco to the lake,” Albus ordered Edmund, who was only ten years old. Unlike his mother, because Edmund was a half-dragon human, his strength was far greater than most of an ordinary human. He grabbed Draco's baby dragon with ease and ran towards the lake. Scarlet ran behind him.

Gasping, his hands tightened on mine, begging me not to let go. "So, you are half-dragon then?" I asked, startled. Bobbing his head back and forth, I took it as it was similar to being half-dragon; I just wasn't going to get a better answer. Creed's tongue rolled back over his lips, this time looking like mine own.

“Maybe that really is my destiny.” Before anyone could respond, the ground at the edge of the valley shook violently. From the north, a massive surge of energy shot forward, cold and sharp like iron. Black smoke formed a vortex, and from within it emerged a tall figure with a body half human, half dragon. His skin was covered in black scales, and his eyes gleamed with deep violet light. Lucen Dorne. He walked casually through the air, each step sending ripples of energy like shards of glass. “You’re too late, Rayden,” he said in a hoarse but deep voice. “The true Saint Dragon has been born and is waiting for you in the Seventh Heaven.”

He is sure this beauty is one among many, who dies to flaunt their figure in front of men to make them drawl all over themselves. He snorted at that thought. After a minute, he heard the shower going on in the bathroom. He is a powerful aqua blue dragon. The legend says that there was only one such dragon in the past few centuries and he is the second. He can conceal himself in plain sight. No matter how powerful a person is, they cannot detect his presence unless he specifically wants them to.
