Nathan was out and out an author and he still loved writing despite the horrific experiences he had had for the past few months. Of course, he still had plans to finish the work in an hour or two so that he could check on his two companions and then get some sleep. Nathan was not at all nervous for the three masters since he, as a mortal, had a blind belief that extraordinary beings like Ley were very hard to kill or harm. ‘I think, this is where I wrap up this chapter,’ he thought, still typing. Then he paused for a while to reread the previous strings of conversation in his story.

"That's Nate Sharpe. SCARS' writer." "Are you kidding me!" Nate has already vanished to his house now. I enter my crib and switch off the radio. He sniffs as he shuts the door. "Something's burning." "Fuuuuck!" I curse. "my pancakes!" I run to the kitchen and turn off the heat. At least I had made a few nice pancakes earlier before the writer interrupted.

It gave me those sad puppy eyes like, “Hey, don’t forget meeeee...” Fast forward to April 2nd, the day of destiny when I finally dusted off this bad boy and said, “Okay, let’s get weird.” Suddenly, words started flying faster than Juan’s bullets. I was writing like my laptop was on fire, smashing out thousands of words daily, fueled by caffeine, stubbornness, and maybe a little bit of madness. By May? Boom. Over 100,000 words of delicious, messy, mafia madness. (Shakes booty happily).
