What else have you meddled in? How the fuck does sabotaging our lives help destroy the Eye?” Hakeem pulled me back as Natasha crossed the room, headed for one of the leather couches. She lowered herself into the seat and brushed her hair from her face. Everything about her, from her expression to the way she carried herself, screamed poised and collected. Here she was seconds away from being mauled to death and she couldn’t even muster a tendril of fear.

I did not want to ruin my composure again. I looked where I had left Niccolo and saw he was no longer there. My eyes darted at the handkerchief he bestowed as I stared at it for a moment before I looked up when I heard footsteps coming in my direction. "Domi!" It was Natasha who was panting as soon as she saw me. "Did you find who owns that scent?" she asked, looking at me, worried. "Did you cry again?" "Natasha..." I smiled bitterly, sniffing. I stiffened when I smelled that flower again before I lowered my eyes and saw that Natasha was holding the stem of a hyacinth flower. "Where did you get that?" I inhaled sharply.

I said and mind-linked some of the warriors to come down to the club and see if they could find anything. It has been three hours, and we have no leads on who took Rose. I am so worried about her and my unborn babies. Finally, my phone beeps, letting me know someone has messaged me. I took my phone out of my pocket and froze in my spot. "If you want your precious Flower back, then meet me by the border of the Thunder Moon Territory and come alone, or your Flower dies," The message said. There was a picture of Rose sitting unconscious in the back of a car.
