Necromancer Runes Novels & Stories

Just when I thought I was winning, Xavier pushed me back harder till I landed on the ground heating my head. Nyx winced in pain blood sizzling down. *You think you are strong huh?” His voice was loud in my head. I growled as his claws scratched my fur. Nyx snared in pain trying to fight back but his grip was tight. “You are no Enigma… Once an Omega always an Omega, don’t you ever forget that.” His canines sunk into my throat, Nyx howling in pain as everything started fading. "Sage..." I whispered as though I could feel him but couldn’t tell.

"I won't let them harm us." Aunt Cleo's voice sliced through the air like a warning bell, her words laced with urgency and gravity. "Aqua, you need to grasp the true threat of the coven. They're not just ordinary casters. Each possesses unique abilities, ranging from unnaturally swift regeneration and inhuman strength to the sinister power to manipulate creatures and even people, turning them into spies. Some even boast of an unnerving form of immortality, extending their lives far beyond the natural order. And worst of all, they have the terrifying capability to absorb the powers of other casters."

I ask, looking at both Nero and Creed. Creed nods, his expression grim. “I do. During the interrogation, I used my Alpha Sight on Seraphine, saw everything she was hiding. There’s a cleansing spell—a ritual—that can sever the ties Marle created. But it’s not going to be easy. The packs infected by this curse are old, deeply rooted in their traditions. They’re not going to take kindly to us waltzing in and telling them they’re fucked unless they let us perform this ritual.” “What does the ritual involve?” I ask, needing to know exactly what we’re getting into.

“I’ll need wolfsbane, powdered moonstone, river salt, and fresh sage. Quickly!” The servants bowed low and rushed out at once. The slam of the door behind them left a heavy silence in their wake. “Moon Goddess, please let this work,” I muttered, pulling out a pouch of runes from my bag. It paid to be prepared, thank the stars. I scattered the carved stones around Dominic’s body, their etched symbols faintly glowing as they settled into place. Closing my eyes, I began to chant. One by one, the runes ignited, glowing brighter until they formed a halo around Dominic. My magic wove through them, linking each rune in a delicate chain.

The Helm of Awe covered my left shoulder and on my right was Valknut. Yggdrasil was in the middle and flowing from the roots of the tree was a wolf head. On either side of the wolf was a Jericho 9mm, Kiran’s personal touch to my Zeta mark. From the bottom of the roots, down my spine, was a ghost rune designed by Malachi with my name Jericho adorning the top of Yggdrasil. An hour and a half later Marcus was finished and I put my shirt back on. Tonight I would have to undress with every member of the pack present and shift for the first time in my life.

she exclaimed, her voice trembling with newfound hope. Dominic leaned closer, his brow furrowing as he examined the ancient text. "There are some runes here. I recognize their names, but the meanings… I don't know their meaning." Victoria pointed at the first rune, a twisted, jagged mark etched into the page. "This one’s called Mendacium," she said, her tone uncertain. "Then there's Dolor... followed by Odium, and finally, Peccatum."

Aeneas and his brother are expectant, all the others turn to their wolves as well and Pearl sits next to me. "First things first, my brother has the ability to numb your powers, isolate them if you would like." He pauses to let that information sink, and everyone seems a bit scared after hearing it. "He will block abilities from many races and this will cause a reaction from them. But do not believe for a second that it will weaken our enemy. The necromancers have made deals with the dead, and those deals include a strength that is now part of them. So taking them away from their casting abilities will only cause confusion for a short while, then they will retaliate quickly and with an inhum

"I don't need you to protect me. Your love will be enough for me to fight till my last breath." ~ Regan "My love for you is mercenary. Don't expect something that you will never get from me." ~ Lincoln . . . Regan Wells (Maria Turgenev) It started the day in senior high, a game of revenge that I was unaware of at that time. He starts the battle of the unknown with me, a girl with a lost memory against him, a handsome bully with his demons.

That sounded unbelievable. Rozi struggled to explain this in modern terms, so Adrian said, "Those runes are similar to our blood circulatory system. Immortals infused their powers into these runes. This is similar to the blood being pumped through our veins, allowing us control over specific limbs. On top of that, there are all sorts of runes, each with its own password. It's like our safety boxes that can't be opened unless we know the password." "How are these passwords defined then?" Steel asked.

Amara said. Nicolas haven't thought about this before. But now that she bought it up, he knew that she should do something by herself. He was more than ok with providing for her. He has been providing for lots of pack members as well but her thing was different. The pack members he has been providing for are too small. They can't work on their own and he doesn't want to put pressure on their parents. Plus, he has been only earning since now. He really doesn't have anywhere else to spend them.
