Elena placed everything out for me and I started to clean myself from head to toe, getting rid of the bloody smell. Turning off the shower I wrapped a towel around my body and head. Wiping away the steam that covered the mirror I started on my hair, slicking it back into a high ponytail. Walking out of the bathroom I stopped in front of the bed and just stared at the duffel bag. The reason why I stopped was because I wanted to give all my attention to Neveah and keep her away from that world, keep her safe but I had to bring the Shadow of Death back if it meant keeping my baby safe and taking down those who wanted to hurt her and if I didn’t want something to happen again.

Willow clutched her wine glass, but Roy looked away indifferently and nodded at Cameron. Cameron, who had been rather reserved, enthusiastically invited Roy to join him. “Nah. I have other commitments,” Roy declined. “Don’t just stand there, Willow. Take the love shot with Mr. Shuttle. Hahaha!” Someone in the room teased her. Cameron sat back down, and the door reopened with a push. Roy propped his arm against the door frame, his lips perking. “It looks like a party is going on here. Mind if I stay and watch?”
