I had never felt so hopeless. I begged the system to just end it for me. However, it said, "Sorry, host, I can't do that. You have to do it yourself." That just made me despair even more. Whenever I moved the slightest bit in bed, a nurse would pop in and ask what was wrong. I watched every single second tick by.

I got to mom's room and head toward the dresser, pulling the top drawer open. It's stuffed with books and I spot mom's glasses at the edge. I reach to get it but my fingers sink into the stack of papers and the case fell deeper into the drawer. I dig deeper, my fingers comes in contact with an old book, I pull it out to be easier to pick the casing up. But then, something falls out of the old book. I glance down. It's a picture. I grab the casing first and reach to take the picture and slip it back into the old book.

he said with a smirk. I grumbled and went to the bookshelf. There were like thousands of books there, and I spent a good thirty minutes arranging them. Those thirty minutes were stressful, to say the least. "I'm done," I sighed in relief. "You're done?" the young man asked. "Yes, so is my admission safe?" I responded. "Not yet," he replied. "What do you mean by that?!" I yelled in frustration. "Don't shout, just do one more thing," he said calmly.
