It's all real; he's here, a reality that sends chills down my spine. He reaches out to my hand, which is placed over the bed. My heart races with conflicted emotions sparking within me. Anger seeped through, and I screamed, "Don't you dare touch me!" He paused, cold eyes locking onto mine, amusement playing in his dark gaze. His lips curled up at the corner, a sinister expression that sent a shiver down my spine. "Mate," Sasha's voice echoed in my head, a whisper escaping my lips as my strength drained away. "Please let me go," I pleaded, desperate for an escape from this chilling reality.

“You look tired,” Cass stated after the waitress had left. “I am,” Hae Mina replied and let her eyes close. “Stupid nightmares,” she muttered. “Nightmares?” Cass questioned. Hae Mina gave an inward groan. “Yeah. Haven’t you ever had nightmares before?” Hae Mina questioned. She hoped he would not ask what they were about. “I lived with Chin-Sun Noona most of my life, so I assure you, I’m familiar with nightmares especially living ones. Was it bad?”

He returned his attention to his body, the scratch on his chest that would never fade. "Babe! I'm leaving now; I'll see you later," he heard the woman say in his room. He didn't say anything; instead, he rolled his eyes and proceeded to shower. ------ Jodie awoke in her bed at seven o'clock in the morning. She peered out the window, her gaze drawn to the sunlight beyond the apartment. She was surprised at how lovely the environment was, but she saw that the beauty of the world seemed to be the polar opposite of her existence. She abruptly closed the curtain and prepared to leave her room.

A surge of disappointment washed over her, leaving her with a lingering sense of unease. Attempting to clear her thoughts, Nemesis rubbed her temples and groaned softly. Her mind kept returning to a peculiar dream that had engulfed her senses prior to waking. It felt so vivid, so tangible, that at times she struggled to distinguish it from reality. In this dream, she encountered an unfamiliar version of herself and discovered a mysterious connection with the vampire lord, David. Yet, she couldn't quite grasp the significance or meaning behind these enigmatic revelations.

In the depth of the nightmare, I was meeting the old council leader for the first time, his posture formal and his scent carrying the crisp, respectable note of a high-tier scout; suddenly, his fingers turned to iron claws, clamping down on my forearm with an expression of pure animal fury as he roared, "Ada Lube is a killer! That is the strangest thing I have ever thought in my life. That familiar itch starts to spread across my neck, down my chest to my stomach. It itches so bad, I pull up my shirt and when I do, I scream out into the empty dark room that is lit only by the moonlight and a single nightlight over by the entrance. Daring to look down again, I see that where I had just scratched, is a gaping wound and there is a maggot crawling out of it. I hear a noise from behind me and when I turn on my heels, I watch as the same man from before stands about a foot taller than I am and is staring right into my eyes. He opens his mouth and states, “You have finally awakened. Good.”

My internal discussion goes aimlessly, screaming for help and frantic in light of the fact that this is substantially more alarming than anything else we've seen before. We actually beat Pedro, Abbadon, the alpha group, the darach, and the nogitsune, but we were exceptionally close to losing someone the whole time. At one event we really lost Justoedith.
