Two years ago I had waited a week from the day I had promised Dad that I would talk to him and Dora as soon as I had figured it out for myself and when I had not found out anything that explained anything to me I made up some half-bogus story that I had almost been raped and kidnapped by an old man and I had barely managed to escape and that is why I was having the nightmares. OLIVIA'S POV NIGHTMARES- Those far-off melancholic dreams one have filled with darkness and so many other sinister things one couldn't dare mention. It had been recurring off late, these same dreams and far-off vision like flickering of the mind. I had tried understanding this particular one but clearly couldn't and to make things worse Nate was having it as well, I had awaken a fortnight again to see the aura of his dream how darkish it looked, but had since shoved it out if my mind when he had said nothing the next day.

Lebotha tossed and turned in bed, unable to fall asleep after the nightmare. Her heart was still racing and her mind kept replaying the frightening scenes from her dream. It felt so real, like a premonition of danger to come. This wasn’t the first time she has had such nightmares. For the past few months and years, she kept having bad dreams of impending doom and destruction. At first, she brushed them off as a result of her anxiety and stress. However, the nightmares have become more frequent and intense lately. She started to worry there might be more to them than just a manifestation of her fears and worries.

“Did I really work for the mafia, and when I suddenly quit? Will they come for their perfect thief and hacker?” “I won't let them take you. You have a life you wan to live.” “That's what I wanted.” She muttered stubbornly. “That was my dream job, and if they want me back, I can work for them.” “Who are they?” “The Rumrat.” She answered. “Are they a mafia? They didn't tell me that they were. They said they were silent She stared at him to see how pale he had gotten. “What is wrong with you?”

Valerie said as she shuddered. "Yeah. Well, let me get back out there while these are cooking. Don't worry, Val, I'll be careful if that guy comes back in here." "Alright, girl. I'll talk to you later." Tabitha wasn’t going to tell Valerie about the dreams involving Mark. Those were the real nightmares. They had evolved from just him raping her after being with the man she couldn’t see. There were several where he forced himself on her. She shuddered as she thought about those. That was part of her past that she didn’t care to remember.

She doesn't like feeling weak. “Exactly. I am the Alpha of Nightmares. What is a common thing of nightmares?” he asked, his tone taking on a sinister quality as he leaned closer, claws starting to dig into my skin. “They are dark and terrifying?” I arched an eyebrow doing my best to maintain my bravado. I would not whimper for him. He obviously gets off on that shit.

Carina solemnly said. "Are you worried about Lona's warning?" "Uhuh. I also keep getting nightmares these days." She closes her eyes. The vivid images of her nightmares flashed by her mind. A dark and tall shadow is creeping out from under her bed. It's slowly approached her with a wide grin on its smoldered face. Its nails are long and sharp. Carina trembled in fright as she remembers its dangerous glints, full of vengeance and malice towards her. That shadow tried to touch her stomach while cackling boisterous laughter. Its laughter resounding in her dim-lit room, and Carina jolted up from her sleep, screaming in horror and fear.

I explain. "Well you see, nightmares, have a timeline. Well mine did. It's a sequence of events, and most times, those events are made up. You just need to put the puzzle together- understand it." I nodded. The nightmares were really a sequence of events. My kidnap, near death were the only things that actually made sense. My death, and that of my loved ones were made up. But they still scared the hell out of me. "You're right," I agreed.

The nightmares came back. Maybe it’s just the stress of everything, heck it could be even the fever I’m running, but either way I’m sweaty, achy, and my brain hurts. I roll to my side, breathing fast. This dream had been worse than normal. No longer are they relived memories. Each night, they morph further from real life and dive deeper into my subconscious fears. Tonight had been about Cameron, and it has been the scariest one yet. Every time I close my eyes, I see his limp, lifeless body staring at me from the dream. My heart is racing at what happens next.

I quickly drift off to sleep. Not surprisingly, my sleep is filled with nightmares, each one more terrifying than the last. The visions are incredibly vivid: snarling werebears surround me in an ever-tightening circle; a giant roc ensnares me in its talons and carries me to its mountaintop nest; fearsomely ugly ogres tie me to a spit and begin roasting me over a blazing fire. The dreams all have the same thing in common—I’m about to meet some horrifying doom. I sure hope that my as yet unrevealed Power doesn’t turn out to be precognition!
