When he sits up, panting with the effort of his shift, I gasp, and I’m not the only one. Iniko looks nothing like the small man he was in his first life. Now, he looks large and muscular, someone who could rival Ancalagon in size and strength. I watch as Iniko closes his eyes and takes a deep breath of air, then he looks right at me. “Mate!” I turn and look behind me, certain he’s looking at someone else. Everyone behind me is staring at me. Holy shit! Iniko just called me his mate.

Nico collects it, "Thanks bro," "Don't thank me, the storage is shit." "Still," Nico stands up and stretches his hands to shake Jamal. Jamal rolls his eyes as he pulls Nico in for a hug. The two tap each other backs before they let go. "Tell me about this grand plan to make us rich." Nico's lips shape into a smirk, "I knew you would want in." The two pause and glace to the direction of the stairs as they hear someone coming, Gianna appears at the edge of the staircase.

“Jai… They’re the ninjas I told you about…” Jai narrowed his eyes at them and got ready himself. “I know. Just step back. I got this.” Claude stared at him like he just grew seven heads. “What the hell are you say—” But before Claude could say finish, stars were thrown at them.

And there, I felt a wave of nausea from what I saw. It was James Marasigan. I couldn't be mistaken. He was the man in the video. I covered my mouth with my hand. My knees immediately went weak. As I took another step, I suddenly lost my balance. Fortunately, someone caught me and prevented me from falling. "Sorry," I weakly said. "You shouldn't see this if you don't like this kind of thing." I immediately looked up. My eyes widened when I saw who was holding me. I trembled even more, and my mouth fell open. I couldn't be mistaken! It's Rodrigo Navarro!

I said crying hurrying back to our suit. Niko asked although he knew. He took a deep breath, "Frank Magaddino..."

ZADE POV "PAIS, NOO!" I shouted. My heart crushed as I saw Paisley's petite frame collapse on the floor, and there stood Nico with his all too familiar smirk that I was ready to rip off. Nico shrugged. "If I can't have her, then no one can," He sneered. "You're dead," I boomed, rushing at him full force. Nico braced himself for our encounter, but I had so much rage I slammed into him with such force we blew through the brick fireplace into the next room.

A man ran in speaking Japanese, he saw Kiko and shrieked, this must be the man she was talking about. Both men conversed heatedly in Japanese, the other man had drawn his knife ready to cut the other man when someone else ran in, and he stopped in his tracks. Nico.. “Drop the gun Kenji, I have you surrounded” he started before moving closer inside. He pulled me behind him and he walked slowly back out until I was safely away from Kenji’s view. NICO’S POV~ “Let's settle this like men Kenji, put the baby down, give him to his mother and I won't have to do something drastic” I stated, kenji laughed.
