His darkness

His darkness

“Ab alto spiritus, qui nunquam dormit faceret bene. Spiritibus caeli, Turpis et inductis, non pulchra, genus esse mihi. Calore ac spiritu, ira in exitium, modo sit mihi. Spiritus frigus et gelu, phantasmata scelus et vitium faceret bene. Sit modus deam benedicat animabus illorum sub lucem hyacintho luna est scriptor Ut benedicat deam luna est luna, lux hyacintho luna sub meam”

His Mate, His Enemy

His Mate, His Enemy

“The bond.....The visions..... The way everything feels like it’s… pulling us somewhere we don’t understand.” His jaw tightens and his breathing sharpens but he doesn’t interrupt. So I push further because I need to see it. Need to know. “The Noctrya.” The word lands between us like a dropped blade and everything changes. Lucien goes completely still. The kind of stillness that comes when something inside you has just been exposed. My heart skips. There it is. He knows. “You’ve heard of it,” I say quietly. It’s not a question. His silence confirms it.

Starlight of the dark night

Starlight of the dark night

It was only ten years ago that something special happened, and this is accurately why he is here. Thuc clearly remembers that it was on a dark night, when the town where he lived had fallen asleep. Everyone has closed the door, the space is quiet, only the flickering lights of the late night remain. The space is so quiet that one can clearly hear the chirping of insects, and every so often the sounds of cars coming back late.

Lucid Curse

Lucid Curse

“Why’d Nexus choose you?” He stared at the closed elevator for another beat, then reached for the button to follow when Shu’s old words echoed sharply in his mind. “Nexus’s familiar should be lurking around his successor. Be careful not to cause any trouble with him—because the last time we met, he made an entire empire bleed.” Yin’s finger froze mid-press. “Oh. Right. That guy.” He backed away from the elevator like it had started growling. Tapping his chin, he mused aloud, “Ahh, a Fenrisúlfr, huh?”

Do not awaken the Undead king

Do not awaken the Undead king

Gerhard looked frightened, but Livia radiated hungry pleasure. “I’m sorry, Earl Eridanus,” his majesty cleared his throat. “What was this? You said you’ve composed the melody yourself. But... It was the Nocturne of Death, wasn’t it?” The rest of the guests were waiting for the answer as impatiently as Gerhard. Reive smirked to himself, Sure! I should say so... he thought, but answered, “What nocturne, Your Majesty? What’re you talking about?” The necromancer said it in total innocence at the time.

Hated mate

Hated mate

The darkness had finally covered the sun and the moon hung up high in the sky, it's was a full moon, the sky's was bright and the stars danced around like bees around honey. Lucinda had successfully calmed her mind and slept, she decided to shift it to the back of her mind.... .... ... ... "Open your eyes Luci" Hmm! Who's there; Lucinda asked with her drowsy eyes? "Open your eyes, I remember telling you clearly we'll meet tonight". Shit!!

The Feral Alpha’s Rejected Luna

The Feral Alpha’s Rejected Luna

But it’s the meaning of the words that hold power- and for the Alphas, it strikes a chord of recognition. Per lunam et per astra… (Through the moon and through the stars…) Vocem antiquam appellamus… (We call upon the ancient voice…) The Elders, their faces suddenly pale, begin to shake their heads in disbelief. Their bodies begin to tremble. And I can read it on their faces ‘It’s impossible. It can’t be happening.’ Per umbras profundas et lucem longinquam… (Through deep shadows and far light…) Sanguinem luporum, virtutem ultra.

You're Gonna Miss Me When I'm Gone

You're Gonna Miss Me When I'm Gone

The green glow seemed anything but lucky. If Cameron found it distasteful, she'd have one more reason to divorce him. Cade frowned. Lucian had awful taste. Indeed, one couldn't expect much from Lucian's gifts. Lucian had a look of consideration. "It glows in the dark. You won't have trouble seeing the time when you're out and about in the dark. That way there won't be a delay in operations." "... I didn't know it could glow." Cade couldn't help but splutter expletives.

CHARMSTIDJA
Dam*! this story captivates my adrenaline I'll have to force myself for an interval, how much more assaults Callie has to go through before she gets her happy ending. Lily in the name of wealth/fame is just another typical homewrecker hypocritical Bit*h! too many exist even in non-fictional world

i just started reading. i hope it is not as disappointing like other stories i read, exciting to read in the beginning because of the great character build up, but more chapters were added, the more the story become disappointing. The character came out of what they where built up. I hope not.

PROMISE OF THE ALPHA TO THE BLIND LUNA

PROMISE OF THE ALPHA TO THE BLIND LUNA

Lyra belonged to the conclave of ancient witches, followers of the dark god Nocturnus, who had favored them in ancient wars before they discovered his true intentions. Nocturnus fed on corrupted souls, suffering, spilled blood, and chaos—a devoured of light. When the witches realized his purpose, they saw their minds were controlled, their bodies moving at the god’s will. Crying out for deliverance, they found themselves kneeling before their most powerful enemy, the Moon Goddess.

Frequently Asked Questions

The aging of Noctis in 'Final Fantasy XV' is one of those moments that sneaks up on you emotionally. Initially, he starts as this brash, somewhat reluctant prince, but the game's time skip hits hard. After he enters the Crystal to gain the power of the Kings of Lucii, a whole decade passes in the blink of an eye. When he re-emerges, he’s visibly older—bearded, weary, and carrying the weight of his destiny. It’s not just a visual change; his voice deepens, his demeanor shifts, and even his fighting style feels more deliberate. The game doesn’t just throw this at you—it builds up to it through the bond with his friends, the losses he suffers, and the slow realization that his youth is being sacrificed for the greater good.

What’s really striking is how the game contrasts his younger self with the older version. The carefree road trips with Prompto, Ignis, and Gladiolus feel like a distant memory by the time you reach the final chapters. The time skip isn’t just a narrative device; it’s a gut punch that makes you feel the cost of his journey. Even the way the world changes around him—Insomnia in ruins, the nights growing longer—mirrors his transformation. It’s one of those rare moments where a character’s physical aging perfectly aligns with their emotional arc.
