The Magic of Irina

The Magic of Irina

She stood up in order to take the flute easily, which earned her father’s disagree look. An idea appeared in her head suddenly after she took the flute. “I was wondering—” Said Nora at the same time, then pause. Watching Irina grabbed her book and pushed it back in to the bag. She wanted to continue, but Irina beat her to it. “Yes.” Said Irina, she could instantly guess what Nora wanted. “Let’s go.” “Wait… Wait…” Roman stopped her. His brows raised. He gave his daughter the questioning look, as to say, where are you going?

Aurora and the ruthless Lycan king

Aurora and the ruthless Lycan king

Far from the palace, beyond the lush forests and guarded borders of the kingdom, nestled in the jagged cliffs where the sun barely touched the land, lived a woman cloaked in shadows. Nora. Her beauty mirrored Aurora’s—identical in every way down to the celestial blue of her eyes and the cascade of dark hair. But where Aurora’s presence brought warmth and light, Nora radiated cold ambition and eerie stillness. Raised in the hidden covens of the dark witches, she had never known love or mercy. Her life had been shaped by rituals, curses, and the hunger for power. The witches whispered a prophecy from the moment she could walk: The moon bore two, but only one shall rise.

The Twins He Never Knew

The Twins He Never Knew

She didn't fight the new authors with violence; she fought them with Style. Nora closed her eyes and reached for the "Midnight Blue" essence of Chapter 1. She didn't want the world’s versions of her; she wanted the version that belonged only to the man who first looked at her across a ballroom. The Brooklyn bookstore dissolved. The smell of dust and printer ink was replaced by the scent of Oud, Vintage Champagne, and Rain-Slicked Marble. The Return to the Penthouse When Nora opened her eyes, she was standing in the center of the Grand Ballroom of the Vane Estate in the Hamptons.

Disgraceful

Disgraceful

Soon they made their way to the front line. "Ah, Nora! How delightful to see you here!" Lady Byrne greeted a woman standing there in the front line. "Let me introduce my friends, Miss Ava and Miss Polly Banks. This is Madam Nora." Ava nodded politely to the older woman while another villager greeted Lady Byrne, distracting her away. Madam Nora was a middle-aged Romani woman. She let her long, dark hair tumbling free, with ropes of beads entwined through the locks. She dressed in a black Romani clothing, wearing necklaces, bracelets and rings all over her. The woman glanced at Polly shortly before shifted her gaze to her. She looked at her intensely with a pair of night black eyes. They held

Nora and Erik; When we were nothing

Nora and Erik; When we were nothing

Regardless of the consequences, what I have planned must be accomplished. As we approached the end of the road, it became increasingly narrow. It was already dark; this place is quite isolated. Looking at Nora, I saw her watching everything with scrutiny. I also saw a mixture of despair and resignation. The years she spent with me taught her that when I want something, I get it. But now more than ever, I will not let anything get in my way. I have a plan this time, and nothing will change my direction. From a distance, I was already able to recognize the facade of the home we would live in for some time. When Nora saw it, her eyebrows shot up in surprise. The house is beautiful, and it has e

Triplet Desires: Bonded To Her Lycan Step Brothers

Triplet Desires: Bonded To Her Lycan Step Brothers

“We are tossed by the winds of fate. Once we end where they blow us, we make of ourselves that we will.” Smart man, Neill, but it isn't easy now, is it? I mused, turning over the page of the book I was reading, mentally applauding Nora Roberts for being such a great wordsmith. And I have to say that Margaret Mary was definitely my spirit animal. I remained in my room, lost in the book, when the distant sound of laughter and footsteps reached my ears.

It's truly a hidden gem!! This author knows how to keep you on the edge while reading this book. The characters are well rounded and can definitely bring on the most glorious of dreams. The plot thickens throughout the book, with the twists coming around every corner. Read this book for a great time

Fantastic story. Read the whole thing in one sitting!! Some issues with name confusion throughout though. Even so, such a compelling read. Loved all the characters & the relationships throughout. Amazing.

The Queen's Gambit

The Queen's Gambit

I just stared at her, and then she stared back. Then she smirked at me. “Am I about to be reprimanded like I’m your secretary?” she asked in a very mocking tone. My mouth turned down. “What was that?” I asked. “Where were you going?” She shrugged, one-shouldered. “I was just riding. Is that not allowed among the Irish?” she still sounded mocking, imitating my accent when she said Irish, but instead of annoying me, I wanted to laugh. My wife is such an interesting woman.

Marked in the Middle

Marked in the Middle

Lira built a small fire near the doorway while Grayson checked the perimeter. Nora sat near the flickering light, the shard resting on her lap. It glowed faintly gold, then red, then flickered out. When she closed her eyes, she saw flashes not visions, but fragments. Kael’s face, blurred and distant; a vast plain of silver light; a shadowed figure standing in a ring of runes, whispering her name. Then she heard him again. You shouldn’t be here. Her heart clenched. “Then where should I be?”

Iris & The Book

Iris & The Book

“Johnny this book is Iris’s grandmothers, but more importantly that plinth is in the woods near the house to” We both look at each other for a few moments contemplating this discovery. This book, this unassuming book has suddenly become the key to unlock but also answers to secrets unknown. “I wonder who wrote it” Eric asks me “Well this was our next thing to look into, to be honest it has been a welcome distraction for me and Rae. You are welcome to join us in looking for clues? We seem to be a modern Sherlock Holmes supernatural detective group” I chuckle “I’d like that actually. It would be nice to have things to show Iris when she wakes up.”

Crown of Tempests

Crown of Tempests

I turned first. Nora Carver did not move silently. She strode right through the center of the courtyard, aurelian fibers woven through her dress catching the morning light like molten copper. Elias was at her side, poised and hawk-eyed. Evelina trailed a step behind them both, expression cold and calculating. They looked like they hadn’t come to talk. “Both of you,” Nora said without preamble, voice level but clipped. Iris straightened reflexively, annoyance folding into herself. I dropped my weight distribution unconsciously.
