It was a cliche story. It was those kinds of stories in which an average office worker transmigrated into a novel and saved herself from a bad fate. It was one of those kinds of cheap stories that I knew how it would end… but I couldn't stop myself from reading it. There was magic, action, drama, shitty ex-fiancees, and love triangles.

“I have absolutely no choice but to join this coven. What would seducing my cousin’s boyfriend get me? It wouldn’t make things easier, that’s for damn sure.” Nova released a soft sigh, “They’re all insane.” “They are.” I fought to hold back a smirk, “Present company included.” “Oh, you bitch!”

“What’s the craziest thing you’ve ever done?” She stared at me as though she needed to search through her entire memory for an answer. “Once, I skipped classes to spend the entire day reading a novel.” I arched my brow. “What?” she asked, smiling. “That’s the craziest thing you’ve ever done?” “Yes.” I shook my head. “Marie Sue, we have a problem.” “What problem?” “You need to start living.” “Wait,” she said, suddenly laughing. “The craziest thing I've done was ask a stranger to kiss me to get away from loan sharks.”

He took a sip of the coffee then slid something to me. I glanced at the glossy vellum paper with its golden cursive between us. The first thing that popped out was gala. I instantly envisioned blinding flashing lights at every turn, media interviews, dinners, incessant criticisms from netizens. Well at least it wasn’t the pigheaded misogynist that he strong-armed me into dating. But the prior didn't sound like rainbows and frosting either. I hated the press, hated smiling and pretending as if I knew those blue blooded wannabes. That was all the proof I needed to know I was born into the wrong family.

"Larry quickly said. "You're a bozo!"Annie screamed. "A bozo?,well,since it's you, I'm happy to be a bozo. Your bozo."Larry replied. "If I stay with you I will just go crazy!"Annie yelled. "Yes,I will drive you crazy with roses,with care,with red, everything."Larry replied. Annie opened her mouth and glanced sideways then scoffed. She tucked her hair behind her ears and nodded. Harsh words were thrown at Rosa frantically; this was truly a horrifying nightmare, which Rosa encountered for the first time in her life. "Axel, you shut your mouth! Are you insane? Only a madman would say such crazy, absurd things," Rosa screamed, rushing towards Axel and attempting to scratch him. Of course, Axel managed to evade her attempts to touch him. Rosa was now completely unhinged, being attacked by both the crowd's condemning looks and their whispered comments. In response to Rosa's overreacting, Axel just chuckled arrogantly.

I looked up at the night sky helplessly as the heavy rain began soaking me. I kept walking ahead like a zombie. I wanted to be alone for a while, and so I was....all alone in the rain in the middle of nowhere. How did my life turn out this way? Till yesterday I was just an ordinary girl with my nose in my books and crushing on a celebrity. What kind of demon came on to me that I reached his home.... became friends with his brother, his family. They loved and cared for me soo much. He said he loved me....was that even true?
