Blind Wedding

Blind Wedding

July knew very well what her family feared the most, that fear was their weak point. "That's why we made a simple event." Argus nodded silently, not daring to oppose her word at this point. "Oh, and about the invitation, you were talking about earlier. I will make a plan that there is no couple name or photo of us either on the invitation card or in the wedding room. Let people accept it as a new concept of modern style marriage. That's what I mean by blind wedding because the guests don't know the identity of my groom."

A Totally Awkward Romance

A Totally Awkward Romance

Sophie is a typical romantic young woman. The books she reads most are romance fiction stories and the rules inside the books had become her treasured wisdom. "Let me tell you, in this type of properly arranged blind date, you will not be able to find any suitable partners. It is too old-fashioned. Everyone who comes will be prepared with their hearts filled with expectations and imaginations. When they really meet, they will not have any feelings anymore. The type of fate that comes unexpectedly is more reliable. For example, at a supermarket, when he reaches for something and accidentally hits you or he is pushing a trolley and accidentally knocks into you.......

Our Blank Canvas

Our Blank Canvas

Thank you SO MUCH for taking the time to read “Our Blank Canvas.” <3 This second book was meant to be explored through Vasilisa’s point of view, as she navigated through the difficulties of exploring her past as well as trying to move on in an entirely new Country. Additionally, I wanted to include the points of view of my supporting cast for various reasons. Each character has their own unique battle, and I felt it was necessary to allow them the chance to tell their story too. I began writing this novel after I completed “Our Young Funny Voices” June of 2019. I’ve completed it March of 2020. I’ve had an absolute blast writing it— but I’ve also cried and laughed along the way.

Then somebody pulled off my blanket. Oh veggies, was the baby making going to happen already?! I gazed up and saw Sean in his robes. Oh no, not to soon! “Sean, I have my period today. Not now, not yet, but later. “ “What are you talking about?” His face was serious. I blushed even more. What was I talking about? He threw a thick folder on the bed. It was dark blue in color and has the HMB Seal, a silver dragon eating a red moon. It suited the company’s owner perfectly.

"Let's go downstairs and watch some TV." Bonnie frowned, "uhh, are you mocking me or something?" She asked Lorenzo mentally face palmed, "No-umm-I mean, I have a blindfold-" Bonnie giggled, "So you want to go downstairs and watch TV with me, a blind girl while wearing a blindfold?" Lorenzo cleared his throat, "Yes." He firmly said, raising his chin up. Bonnie only shrugged, "Alright." They went downstairs and sat on the huge leather couch. Lorenzo switched on the TV and handed the blindfold to Bonnie. "Care to help?" She smiled and took the blindfold from him. Bonnie put the blindfold over his eyes and he turned around making it easier for Bonnie to tie it.

River smiled. “You’re still as nosy as ever, Serenity.” “That’s for sure. Getting the latest gossip is fun, especially those related to you and your brothers.” River was speechless. “By the way, River, you asked Rosalie to arrange blind dates for you and treat you to meals. Are you really going to show up for the blind dates? It’s two per day at that.” River replied, “The agreement is written, signed, and sealed with fingerprints. Of course, it’s for real.”

Thus far the book ... was compelling but disappointed that there is no ending to the novel. I planned on reading another book after this but with this experience why would I since there might not be and ending to that one as well! Bummer! Please do better so you don’t loose customers in the future.

Trafficked to the Viper's Don (book 1)

She tried to flirt, moving closer to my seat point and blowing her gum at me sexily. I pat her shiny blonde hair affectionately. "We are going for dinner, baby, and I also want you to sign a blind contract." I made it known, watching her eyes crease. "What's that for? Why do we need to enter into a blind contract, and what is it even about?" "It's a blind contract, love; you don't need to know, but if you don't trust me enough, then it's fine." I spoke in an offended tone, trying to act hurt.

My Stubborn Heart-Stealing Ex

My Stubborn Heart-Stealing Ex

Alberich that read: “Table thirty-two on the second floor of Spring Happiness at eleven o’clock in the morning. I’ve already made an appointment with the other party, so you can go and meet him there directly.” Julian was ecstatic. This message was unmistakably intended for a blind date. It seems that Ryan’s former father-in-law was already hunting for a new son-in-law for himself. Ryan’s situation was worrying. He grabbed his cell phone and began editing his own text message based on the time and place he had just seen in Mr. Alberich's text message: Table 32 on the second floor of Spring Happiness at eleven o’clock in the morning. Silvia will be going on a blind date there.

Choosing my fated mate- the princess games

Choosing my fated mate- the princess games

I found my way to the library, hoping to read up on the mate bond. Thick leather bounded books filled the heavy oak shelves. Hundreds written on the instant bond at 18. only one of the other sides of bonding. I picked the book up before finding a secluded area. I pulled my knees against my chest as I began reading.

Frequently Asked Questions

Blind date with a book is such a charming concept—it's like a literary mystery box! The idea is that books are wrapped in paper with only a few vague hints or themes written on the outside, like 'heartwarming small-town romance' or 'dark sci-fi thriller.' You pick one based purely on vibes, no titles or authors to judge. It’s a fantastic way to step out of your comfort zone and discover hidden gems you might otherwise overlook.

I first stumbled across this at a local indie bookstore, and it felt like Christmas morning tearing open the wrapping. My last blind date was 'The House in the Cerulean Sea'—had no clue what it was, but the description mentioned 'magical orphans and grumpy caretakers,' and I was sold. Turned out to be one of my favorite reads last year! The thrill of not knowing is half the fun, and it’s a great conversation starter for book clubs too.
