HAVING HIS BABY

HAVING HIS BABY

Spiked high heels clicked impatiently on the wooden floor as Bridget Madison, Paxton’s realtor, pointed out the many charms of the truly lovely apartment he wanted her to move into. “Well, what do you think?” Bridget asked. “I don’t know…” “You already live in the neighborhood, so you know how wonderful the Upper West Side is. The people in this building are all young, hardworking professionals like yourself. Paxton wants you to have the apartment so badly he’s willing to meet the seller’s first price.”

Emma did it again! The journey for the two main characters is not easy. They both have been hurt & have walls set to protect them. Bringing down walls makes a mess; Rhiannon & Paxton sure do make a mess of it. Just when you think they have it figured out... don't worry, Emma always delivers a HEA.

His Wife On Paper

His Wife On Paper

Eliora's POV The building stood like a tombstone against the gray New York skyline—an elegant, pre-war limestone structure on the Upper East Side that screamed of old money and secrets kept behind heavy drapes. I stood on the sidewalk, the cold wind whipping my hair across my face, stinging my eyes. I took a breath, held it until my lungs ached, and let it out. In and out. Just a person. Just a woman. But she wasn’t just a woman. She was the woman who had brought me into a world she never wanted me to occupy.

The Wrong Brother, The Right Mistake

The Wrong Brother, The Right Mistake

I got home a little after one, with my lipstick still intact, my head still full of Italian men, and my patience already in the ICU ever since Zach Bandini said, Ms. Moguel is coming. My house was in The Whitmore Mews, a private townhouse complex in the West Village that was very beautiful, very quiet, and very expensive in the kind of way that made normal people automatically lower their voices when they walked through the iron gates. From the outside, it looked like a row of old red-brick townhouses too polite to admit they had private elevators, twenty-four-hour security, a small garden in the middle of the courtyard, and neighbors who bought organic almond milk like they were signing an

Billionaire Daddy's Little Artist

Billionaire Daddy's Little Artist

Now, all I could think of was William as I watched the sunrise and stood barefoot in the center of my new elegant condo, taking in the gorgeous hardwood floors, crystal chandelier, gas fireplace, OLED television screen, and stunning East River view. I decided to take a walk through my new neighborhood, what Farrah had called the playground of New York’s elite. A tiny thrill coursed through my solar plexes when I thought of how this was one of the most affluent areas of New York, the Upper East Side of Manhattan. I could hardly believe this was where I lived, and this was my life.

The Billionaire’s fill-in housekeeper

“I don't want to stress you guys more than I already have. Keeping to rehearsal schedules and the last-minute inspections that you girls did on my behalf is more than I can ask for.” “Anything for you, girl. You know we love you.” “Nice location,” I say as we enter the street leading to the house. “The Upper West Side is everyone’s dream location,” Brittney responds as we alight from the car. “I forgot the key,” I say, opening the car to get it out. “Girl, Jordan has eyes for good things." Brittney says, taking a look at other houses as we approach the building. “The outside view alone is breathtaking, and to top it up, it's organic architecture, just how I like it.” I flush as I open the ga

The CEO's Stepdaughter

The CEO's Stepdaughter

The conversation with Steph went better than I thought, and as I stand in front of the huge building in the Upper East Side where my mother lives now, my entire body freezes, and a doorman wearing a black suit and a black hat with white gloves looks at me. “Can I help you with anything, miss?” He asks, and I nod slightly. “I am Niccola Fairchild,” I say, but before I can say anything else, he steps forward, gripping my luggage, and smiles. “Mr. Sutcliffe has made arrangements for your arrival, m’am.” The doorman says, and my eyes widen slightly. “This way,” he says, guiding me to an elevator at the back of the corridor. “Private entrance to Mr. and Mrs Suttcliffe's penthouse,” he says, and I

Mr Cruz [BOOK 1]

Mr Cruz [BOOK 1]

Marble lined the floor and countertops while each room was filled with bright light from the floor to ceiling windows that looked down at the vast city expanse below. My penthouse was on the upper east side of New York, where everyone had their own chauffeur, chefs and maids. I was one of the few who insisted on not being provided with such luxuries, and I was proud of the fact. My phone pinged in the background as I poured out some coffee. I sipped the black liquid allowing the caffeine to hit the right spot. I switched my stereo on, blasting the volume up high as “walking on sunshine” came on. As old school as it was, I loved the retro tunes.

Rendezvous

Rendezvous

The driver didn't bother to roll the partition back up as he pulled away from the curb. Jade silently watched out the window as the city skyline neared and they merged onto the access road, heading downtown. The car made a quick turn and massive towers stood at attention on each side of her. The sidewalks were abuzz with tourists and locals alike, each just a mere fragment of the city's nightlife. They took the roundabout on Logan Square and headed onto South 23rd Street. They were now in the heart of Center City West, an influential area that contained a prominent business district and luxury shopping. Jade knew this is where you would find the apartments and condos of doctors, lawyers, and

Couldn’t have asked for a better ending! It was definitely a little slow to get going - the first like 25 chapters seemed to drag on, but once it picked up, it was very intriguing and well written. Recommend reading - good job author!

THADDEUS BLACK: The Devil Wears High Heels

I’ve got to be places already.” She was already at work licking the copious cum still oozing from his prick while he reclined against his chair so as not to fall from being weak-kneed. She certainly was a keeper, this secretary of his was. * * * 2001 Century Lane was a swank penthouse building located at the trendy Lower-West district of the city. One Night Stand With Her Billionaire CEO

One Night Stand With Her Billionaire CEO

Emma offered to come down to Willowmere and use the opportunity to visit home again, but Jade insisted she would come to the Upper East Side instead so they could explore the streets and talk. “I’ve never visited the big city before,” Jade said, a spark of excitement in her voice. “You know it’s always been my dream, Emma. So how about this meeting being an opportunity? You don’t have to stress yourself coming down to Willowmere.” Of course. Jade had always loved the idea of the big city, its noise, its lights. They both had the same dream once ever since they heard stories from people who had visited that place to work for the rich, but Upper East Side could only be visited if you had money
