CAGED: IN HIS LOVE

CAGED: IN HIS LOVE

His eyebrows raised questiongly. Aaron looked at his gobsmacked face and nodded his eyes while still half bending his body on the rope. "It's true." He shrugs casually again back to look at the front wall. "She signed it." He asked frantically. Aaron watched Daniel with the corner of his eyes as he knows he couldn't digest the news he just announced maybe nobody can as this is the stupid thing he did. It's the fucking reality and he had mix up the real life with any fictional novel. Truly, he did get this idea reading some contract marriage novel which Kathy likes to read but it's truly obscure to even think that way in real life. As there are only two marriages that exist in this world. Fir

pretty good start. enough descriptive imagery. the blurb was okay. seems like there's enough conflict to keep the story interesting. the blurb needs some proofreading, as well as the first chapters (typos, tense consistency issues, punctuation, etc.). overall, nice work

The synopsis hints that this story has more in it than it seems. The chapters need some editing, but nothing that damages the story as it is right now. The ML is easily hated, but I bet there is more about him than the first chapters shows.

Imperfection

I'm not sure of what she was writing but the moment she turned back looking at me with so much fear in her eyes, I realized what she was up to. I don't even know the reason why I'm in this thing called marriage. I never imagined myself getting married not to talk of getting married to a girl called Pearl. I never liked her for once before marriage and I still don't like her a bit, we met once in New Orleans when she attended a friend's wedding, I was related to the groom and she knew the bride from her secondary school days. I was so surprised at her attitude that day that I ended up promising myself never to end up with a girl like that even if the world is full of apes and the two of us ar

No body was born perfect. In this type of arrange marriage, giving themselves a chance to understand each other is more important than trying to find the perfect partner. This is a good story but it's a little bit too fast on how their relationship was improved.

A Marriage of Convenience

A Marriage of Convenience

For families like theirs, marriage was never about love—it was a calculated transaction, a means to maximize benefits. Personal choice was nothing more than a luxury they weren’t entitled to. Sure, on paper, Grace had married well—a husband of impeccable lineage, wealth, and striking looks. But what was the point? They had gone their separate ways after a short period they signed the papers. They didn’t see each other, not even enough to put on a pretense of a functional marriage. And who knew? Perhaps Raphael had already built a whole other life for himself in Australia.

The Marriage That Never Was Real

The Marriage That Never Was Real

In the days that followed, we began spending time together. Matteo made time to accompany me to prenatal checkups and listened patiently as the doctor explained what I needed to be careful about. When my mood was low, he took me on walks around the estate and told funny stories to cheer me up. He remembered all my preferences and surprised me when I least expected it. I began trying to let go of the pain of the past and slowly accepted this man who was willing to treat me sincerely. Perhaps a marriage alliance was not such a bad thing, after all. It might bring my child and me a truly stable and happy future.

Behind the Perfect Marriage

But no matter how much she doted on him, she couldn't allow Luke's reckless impulses to run unchecked when it came to the Hudson Group. Katie's face turned ashen as she pulled up a photo from yesterday's wedding on her phone. It showed Kayla and Lucian locked in a kiss. "Luke, wake up. Kayla is already married to Lucian. She doesn't want you anymore. Why are you still worrying about her reputation? Do you realize that even if you handed the entire Hudson family to her, she would never come back to you?" Luke's face was etched with endless pain and regret, yet he gritted his teeth and spoke.

My Marriage Is A Contract

My Marriage Is A Contract

"That's not a problem, you can leave your husband and get a divorce from him. I don't care if you are married; you belong to me and me alone." "Are you crazy?!" Charlotte busted out in anger. She used all of her energy to push Christian's hands off her. "You really expect me to leave my husband for you?" "Listen Charlotte, I know five years have passed but I still feel the same way about you. Plus, I know that the marriage between Sebastian and you is just a contract marriage. You guys never even met prior to a month before your marriage." Charlotte's heart stopped beating for a moment when she heard Christian say that her marriage was based on a contract.

The Lost Heiress and the Secret Billionaire

The Lost Heiress and the Secret Billionaire

"How sad that you can't marry the love of your life." "How would you know anything about this?" Abigail snapped at him. "More than you might think, actually," Lyall said, sighing as he cupped his head in his hands. "Love is always tricky, but in our world, its impossible. A marriage is never for love. A marriage is a card you can play, it's an alliance, it's something that can save you from otherwise drowning." "I don't understand," Abigail frowned at him. "How is it like that, though?"

Unperfect Marriage

Harriet had clearly heard of the word 'marriage' but she had no idea what it meant. "Marriage is a sacred thing, dear. It's not something that can happen easily because they have to make a promise in front of God." Harriet frowned in confusion. "Promise like what, Mommy?" "A couple who are getting married have to promise to live and die forever. Isn't that very hard to fulfill?" "Yeah, it's a little tricky. But... it's not that hard either. Mommy and Daddy were made to be together. So I think Mommy and Daddy need to get married. Then you guys will have a photo together."
