He had been so hard on himself that he pushed everyone away but now, seeing the two of them together gave her hope; Najmah was slowly bringing back her son to life. {••} Najmah had showered and changed into a red fit and flare dress, wrapped a veil in a turban style before strolling towards the library. Pushing the door open, she went in, walking towards the books and picked the first book that caught her eye; “The Devil Wears Prada” by Lauren Weisberger. She sank into the beanbag chair, getting completely immersed in the story. When she was done reading, she returned the book back where she took it then proceeded to look for another book to read.

--- Elsewhere… Nelly Couldn’t Finish the First Page Nelly sat in her room, sadness weighing heavily on her face. She felt as if Naomi had taken Adel from her completely. She stepped out, hesitant, and stopped at Naomi’s door. Her hand trembled as she reached for the handle… then slowly turned it. The room lit up. It was neatly arranged. On the table lay a book Naomi had been reading. She approached and picked it up. The title read: “Your Eyes Found Me – A Novel” She turned off the light and left.

Mahira said, "Aunt Nurul is kind, Mahira likes to play with her." Nurul gave Mahira many gifts, clothes, dolls, comic books, and many more. Mahira became close to her, Nurul's kindness could buy the heart of an innocent little girl like Mahira, it seemed that Nurul was a good girl. It occurred to Azmia, if God did not allow her to breathe oxygen a little longer in this world, Nurul was the right girl to be Bram's companion. She loved and cared for Mahira very much, of course she would love Mahira's little sister, the baby in her stomach.

David chuckled and went out of the room. Wunmi sat in her hotel room, reading one of the novels she got from a book store nearby. She took her phone and replied some messages on her chats and dropped the phone. She was still reading when she heard a noise from a part of the hotel, like a man was shouting at someone to open a door. She shrugged and faced her book. Not long, She heard a bang at the window. A little afraid, she stood up and carried a flower vase and stood beside the window. The window opened and a man jumped inside the room putting on only boxers.

The Presence of Nargis and Rashid Khan and their little son Ahmed gave the much needed emotional anchor for Damini and Reshma in their new home. She said to herself while gazing at him. With a soft sigh, Ameera turned her attention to a novel she had brought along for the journey. She picked it up, feeling the weight of the story in her hands. As Ameera gazed at the novel in her hands, written by Prerna Kanade, a smile curled on her lips.
