The younger nun gasped in shock. “I feared this will happen.” the doctor said to the older nun. “I’m afraid she has developed amnesia.”

Chapter Eighty-Nine: When Silence Isn't Safe Alli's POV The morning had a softness to it that Alli didn’t trust. John was snuggled under her arm on the couch, his hair a wild halo of blond tangles and his attention fixed on the cartoon playing in front of him. Johnny sat in the old armchair across from them with a coffee cup nestled in his hands like it was anchoring him there. Alli tried not to stare at him, but it was hard not to when he looked like that—hair still slightly damp from the shower, eyes a bit tired but softer than she'd ever seen.

You’ve certainly made a mess of the 'Restore.' Do you have any idea how much this 'Manifestation Event' is costing our insurance providers?"

All of them genuinely wanted to help. In just two hits, the door was forced open. Cara was unconscious, and Hans was still haggling with Zoe. "1,500 dollars. I won't offer anything higher. Take it or leave it." Then, Hans was shocked when he saw me. But when he saw the people behind me, he couldn't help but shudder in fear. "Calm down, calm down. She cried sharply and loudly, immediately placing her hands on her stomach as blood gushed out of it, filling her hand with the coat of blood. "What did you do?!" Jasper screamed, looking as shocked and fearful as ever. His whole body was vibrating and he was moving his hands involuntarily in different, unreasonable and unnecessary ways.

Those fiery eyes and I couldn't help but gulp. Perhaps there is no limit for Sanam. Perhaps he never wants to measure the extent of his love, he does not care about anyone in this obsession.
