Oldest Libraries In The World Novels & Stories

Myra’s pov “Hello..” I said with a gentle smile. “Good day ma’am.” The librarian said politely. “Could you help me find history books from the 130’s to 140’s?” I asked politely. “Sure..” “Do you have any specifications of what kind of books you need from those eras?” She asked. I swallowed. “Spell books.” My voice was a whisper. “You can only find the original of those at the museum.” She said politely.

“And I’m not used to sleeping on a bed made of vines. Guess we’re even.” I couldn’t help but smile. “Glad you’re both here. I was just about to ask Fianna for directions to the Arborum Archives.” Niamh blinked. “The what?” “The great Elven library,” Fianna explained. “It holds records that date back to before the Great War.” “The Great War of Aetherfall,” I added quietly. “When all supernatural races fought against each other.” Niamh groaned. “Why does every story in history start with a war?”

Tens of thousands. Leather bindings darkened by centuries of careful hands stood shoulder to shoulder beside volumes wrapped in woven cloth, polished bark, embossed hide and materials Adelaide couldn't even identify. Scrolls filled perfectly crafted pigeonholes carved directly into the mountain walls, each tied with coloured ribbons whose meanings she could only guess. Glass-fronted cabinets protected objects far older than the shelves surrounding them, their contents arranged with such deliberate care they resembled treasured relics more than simple books. The library stretched so far into the mountain that the furthest shelves dissolved into a soft haze of amber light.

“I've visited libraries before, but this library is amazing.” “We have books of all kinds,” I commented proudly. "The library was an ancient construction of the first Alpha. It is said that he was a very learned man who wanted to give people access to as much knowledge as possible. He created a secure, magical place that can only be accessed by those who are allowed or who I invite." Selene looked at me with raised eyebrows. “This place is magical?” she asked incredulously. “Yes, it was a fortified shelter during the war; many lives were saved here,” I said serenely. "And it's where everyone comes. Usually, the more subway levels there are, the more they end up being used by hormonal teenage

Not knowing what to do within the four walls, sitting under the tutelage of two friends, she spent time reading books. The library is large and caters for every taste, from historical novels to mysticism, 20th century literature and Sherlock Holmes antiquarian collections, the first as far back as 1902. But no matter how much I liked to dive into the worlds of the authors, I was haunted by a thick layer of dust on the shelves and books. I decided to do something useful and clean these treasures from years of dirt.

I said. "I had to be sure that you were not being followed by anyone." He said. "Do you have the information I asked for? " I asked him. "I don't know if you will have all the information you want but I think that you can find something here." He said. "Fine, what do you have for me?" I asked him. "Well I have three books. They were in the archives in the old library, I am not even supposed to touch them. These books are thousands of years old, they are first editions and rather priceless.

It was an ancient treasure trove of knowledge, each volume a potential key to unlocking the mysteries I faced. The library housed over a hundred thousand books, and as I walked among the towering shelves, the sheer scale of the task began to overwhelm me. The scent of old paper and leather bindings filled the air, mingling with the faint, musty aroma of the wooden shelves. The dim, golden light from the chandeliers above created pools of light and shadow, adding to the library’s timeless atmosphere.

Matt nodded, thinking how they could find the answers sooner and which books to look in first when a thought came to mind. “W could ask the Elders, they should have answers,” Matt said, hopeful. The Elders were some of the oldest werewolves in history, no one knew how they managed to live to such an old age. They were considered the wisest and most knowledgeable werewolves in the world, if a pack was having problems, they always turned to the Elders for answers. Matt knew they might have the answers they are looking for. They must have something in the many forbidden books they had in The Great library were they had all the original books written by their ancestors, hold much knowledge that

I strolled through the library, enjoying the soft rustle of pages and the familiar scent of old paper. When I entered the history section, my fingers brushed over the spines until two words leaped out at me: Capris Coven. I stopped in my tracks and smiled. "Why hadn’t I thought of this before?" I mused. Alpha Sebastian's pack owned the oldest and largest library in our realm; surely they had records about Capris Coven.

In fact, I just wanted to run outside the palace to see how Elizabeth was doing now, but my father forcefully dragged me to the highest floor of the library. The books in the library were arranged according to the year of their creation. Those placed at the bottom are the newest books, while the oldest books are placed at the top. It was said to date back 10,000 years. This is the secret of the royal family. No one but the royal family can read books on the top floor.
