Even standing in front of it, it looked ancient. It had stood as one of the first structures built in this pack. Many of the others had been torn down during the war or for reconstruction, but the library had remained. He led me inside, walking past the multiple shelves and desks, the dusty books and couples kissing. The shelves formed a maze, and at the very center sat the librarian. She was a very old omega, sitting on a long stool so she could see over the desk. Her face was buried in a book, and it took a pointed cough from my father for her to peek at us through her giant, thick-rimmed glasses.

I replied still standing where I stood. "I know." He said. "Which was why I used the word stumble." Then he looked at me. "I believe you." "Have a seat." He said, pulling out a seat for me. "Thank you." I replied sitting down while he sat on the desk nodding. "My ancestors built this library long time ago to hide confidential pack secrets and to hold our pack members Incase of a war." He said. All I did was nod.

Mesilla huffs out in annoyance “Please feel free to look around, Lady Sigmond. I’ll go get that slacker!” I wave at her while she leaves, muttering complaints about getting her embarrassed infront of important guests. Mesilla closes the doors behind, leaving me alone in the library. I look up at the building and it appears to be the oldest building in the entire town. The outside is completely covered in red brick with large white pillars that stand at the entrance. As we walk into the building the smell of musty old books hits my nose and I breathe in deeply. The smell of books is one of my favorite things. James gives a wink to the young woman sitting behind the main desk and she blushes a deep shade of red, but when her eyes land on me she narrows her eyes.
