Chapter 87. Lily had an expressionless look on her face as she walked over to the table where Mr. Silver was waiting for her. He was clad in a gray tuxedo and the pair of sunglasses he had on only managed to make him look so much hotter. Lily wondered why she had thought of going after Greg when there were even better men like Damien Silver out there. If someone like Ava could bag a man like him, she was worth his attention. I questioned. “There is, in that one, if you look closely," he gestured for the tube in Harry's grip, the one that contained the wolfsbane we had seen earlier. Harry raised the tubes against the sun while he squinted. "I do see something in it, but barely."

“But make no mistake. I will get what I want, and you will do as I say. One way or another, I will get wolfsbane into your system. And if anyone makes too much fuss, then I’ll simply slap a pair of these on you instead. I wouldn’t recommend this option, however, because I’m told it stings terribly.” He laughed as he held out a pair of silver manacles. Ben shuttered at the sight of them, the same reaction any wolf would give at seeing silver. Just then, the girl across the camp snarled as she tried and failed to attack another rogue who was clearly toying with her. “What’s the deal with that girl,” Ben couldn’t help but ask.

My eyes stay under until Olive moves quickly to grab my bag from the floor. “Well, well, well what do we have here?” Olive asks as she sees a jewellery box. She opens the box and sees the three-tiered silver chain, small moonstones on each tier getting bigger on each tier. A gasp escapes Olives lips and she brings her hand to her mouth. “Is this what I think it is? Is this a mating gift for Spencer? Why Moonstone?” Olive asks, not taking her eyes off of the necklace.
