Oliver Twist Novels & Stories

***************************** [Flashback] The subtle scent of the grass and wildflowers surrounded a not-so-peaceful orphanage near the suburbs. Children with different personalities ran around the area; the younger ones played while the older ones simultaneously helped with the chores. Cries and laughter echo within the thin walls of the old building of the orphanage every day, transforming into silent sobs in the evening.

"Do you like them? If it's not enough, I'll have more sent here." I shoved the screaming chicken into his hand with a deadpan expression. "It's for you, a breakup gift." Clutching the yellow screaming chicken, he stood there looking utterly stunned. Just when I expected him to snap, he looked down and squeezed it the way I had. After the chicken shrieked again, he lifted his head and looked at me with sparkling blue eyes. "Is this a token of our love? I was utterly speechless. Fine, I decided to take my words back. Oliver was not just a psychopath; his brain was wired into a planet's frequency completely different from that of a normal human.

The hand over her mouth was large, calloused, but somehow gentle. She thrashed once, instinct more than thought, but he pressed closer, chest to her back, his breath warm against her ear. “Shhh, principessa,” a low voice murmured, sending shivers down her spine “Scream and you’ll draw every guard in this place. And I promise you… I’m faster than they are.” The accent was unmistakably Italian — rich and undoubtedly dangerous. Not likr the polished American lilt of Alex Valenti. This was darker, hungrier, the kind of voice that commands attention at every single word.

I asked gently. “I didn’t mean anything, Tessa. Just… forget it.” Before I could press further, Olivia stood and immediately stumbled, her foot twisting beneath her. “Ah…ow, damn it!” I rushed to her side. “You okay?” She winced. “Ankle. Just a twist.” I knelt beside her, reaching to help, but as our hands touched, a spark lit in my head. Images. Thoughts. ‘Lucian knew from the beginning… the prophecy… hybrid mate… Curse… he didn’t just stumble on her… He got her in order to break the curse.’

They'd survived their first year, overcome James's medical crises, developed into healthy, happy three-year-olds. Lucy organized a small celebration. Just family and a few close friends. Cake and presents and the boys' favorite dinosaur decorations. Catherine helped set up, her eighth birthday confidence showing. "Jackie wants the blue dinosaur, Jamie wants the green one. I know because I asked them." The twins ran around the living room in their party hats, Jackson chasing James, both boys laughing. "Look at them," Rachel said, watching the chaos. "You'd never know what they survived."

It brought an electric buzz through his pencil. Oliver wasn't a kid, he was eighteen, but still he found pleasure in behaving this way. This was the only childish thing about him, nothing more. His hands moved expertly through the desk, until he was jerked by Taylor, his best friend. In a split second, he saw Taylor licking Eleanor, his girlfriend's pussy like, it was his ice-cream. Oliver eyes dilated as his fingers stopped its movements on the table. Like a bad video tape, the video seemed to expand, and he noted Eleanor's brother filming the two as he stood by the door, away from sight.

Oliver start to fidget in my lap not liking where this is going. "Whom? Whom?" he ask almost yelling the words. "Don't yell Oliver" i scold him. "Then whom???" he ask frustrated. I decide to tell him quickly like taking off a bandaid. "The twins are moving in for the summer" "Huh?" he ask confused "The masons " i say and all hell break lose. Oliver jump off my lap screaming and crying, i tried to hold him back but he kept pushing me before he left the room.

We enter the kitchen and it is very busy, we pass by everyone and go to the staff area, Oliver opens a door and it is the laundry room, we enter, we close the door and he opens one of the cabinets that are there, on the top shelf he pulls a tray. “Damn, how come no one saw you stealing an entire tray?” I ask, seeing the sweets. “I took advantage of everyone being distracted, now let’s enjoy it.” He says and places the tray on the counter. To my surprise he lifts me and sits me on the counter, Oliver sits next to me and pulls out the tray. “If you want a sweet treat, you’ll have to give me a kiss,” Oliver says everything thinking he's a badass. “If I want a sweet treat, I won’t even have to s

Oliver slowly opened his eyes again. As soon as he did, all the rogues were writhing on the hard ground. Some unconscious and others with broken limbs. I snorted and dusted my hands together as Oliver's cunning smile widened, the admiration in his gaze swelled my heart. He sent me a thumbs-up on a job well done. I took a bow, spreading my arms, loving showing off in front of him. "Thank you! Ollie." Moving towards their leader, I grabbed his arm and twisted it behind his back. He yelled out in pain as the tip of my 4-inch heel landed on his temple, I pressed his face further into the asphalt concrete and dragged. Letting his skin peel off from his ugly face.
