Oliver Wood Quidditch Novels & Stories

I sliced the blade across my palm, letting my blood drip onto the ancient totem stone. My blood ran deep red. Oliver's shimmered with a faint, silver light—the mark of his witch bloodline. The two drops of blood merged on the stone's surface, erupting in a blinding light. "Will you regret this?" Oliver's voice was quiet, but I could hear the uncertainty in it. I shook my head, my voice firm. "Never." The magic of the ritual took hold.

However, the strange sentence Oliver uttered then kept me awake at night for the next few days. In the last week of November, the list of five people from our school who qualified for the finals was published. Luna was in 4th place, and I was also in it, but second. As I thought, Oliver overtook me, but a few hours later it turned out that he quit and I automatically jumped to 1st place, and Luna to 3rd, and one of the other people went to the final five. I wanted to know why Oliver gave up so suddenly, but unfortunately neither that day nor the next I saw him anywhere in the school or around. It wasn't until the end of the day that I overheard his classmates talking that Oliver was again on

“Ambrose asked me what I thought Oliver might present as after maturity. Unlike his brothers, who can shift parts of themselves and return to origin, Oliver is closer to you. He cannot shift significant parts of himself but can sharpen certain senses and enhance certain abilities. Like you, he is more proficient in magic than his brothers but only in certain areas. I heard from Ambrose how you specialised in healing magic. Oliver specialises in nature magic. Did they tell you that Oliver can communicate with plants and animals?” That surprised Richard, who was too busy wrapping up the end of the expansion project’s first-quarter reports. Emily filled her boyfriend in with details about what

Ezra remarked as students began to gather, watching the confrontation with interest. Oliver's henchmen urged him forward, and he charged at Ezra once more. This time, he managed to land a punch to Ezra's stomach, but Ezra retaliated with a powerful kick to Oliver's chest. Oliver's eyes widened in shock as he crashed to the ground, his hand scraping against the hard floor and leaving him injured. Despite being the only one with his claws out, Ezra seemed to be dominating the fight effortlessly, leaving Oliver to wonder how he had become so much stronger.

Titan mumbled. Mellor arrived several minutes later, and so did Leo who was quickly informed downstairs of Olivia's awakening. He rushed upstairs and walked in, to find an ancient wizard encircling his sister, muttering a bunch of nonensical words. He didn't understand why Titan with all of his education and sophistication believed so much in these diabolical things. "We meet again, your majesty," Mellor said to Olivia. Olivia liked him, but she still regarded him warily especially as he made a 360 degree turn around her, holding something ancient that emanated smoke, reciting what she couldn't make sense of.

I think the owl had been a test. Oliver, that’s the guy’s name, wanted to see if I would actually do it. I did, I killed him with my bare hands, then I took a picture of his dead body, before racing off and vomiting on a mountain. The force of my dry heaves started an avalanche which thankfully covered what little I had vomited up.

“Hey Olivia, are you and your brother ready? It’s getting late.” “Yeah just give me a second.” She is giggling like a school girl and writes her number on the hand of the boy she has been hanging out with before giving him another kiss. I recognize him as part of Dimitri’s coven and know he is a skilled warlock and very kind. I hope this works out for both of them. We quickly find Oliver and drag him to my car. I mind link Chris, letting him know he can now alert my father since I am heading home. I am sure my father will mind link me the minute Chris tells him.

Oliver tilted his head, “Wouldn’t that give us away? My father is still pursuing my mother and they haven’t married yet to have me.” Crystal shook her head, “Well, it won’t show who your parents are. Besides, aren’t there many dragons? Did you forget you and Kian came from the same race?” Oliver glanced at Kian who was also looking at him. He didn’t say anything and looked back on the wooden block in his hand. Crystal took hers and showed them how it’s done. “Mine shows ‘Crystal Summer, Flower Fairy, Outstanding’. Oh, it also glows pink. How cute~”

With that, they vanished in a swirl of mist and gold, leaving only the faint scent of their magic behind. Jenna sat against the slope, dizzy, staring at the stranger now kneeling beside her. His movements were precise, efficient as he checked the enchanted cast and made sure she could stand. Then, without a word, he slipped an arm beneath her knees and another around her back and lifted her as if she weighed nothing at all. Her breath caught. “You don’t have to carry me—” “It’s part of the job,” Oliver said simply. His voice was deep, calm, and edged with a quiet authority. “You’ll reopen the wound if you move wrong.”

My only response was a grimace. An hour later, we were eating in my room in front of the tv, Nick and Livie devouring a four-cheese pizza, a suggestion made by the her, while I... well, I ate grilled chicken. By majority vote, Olivia and I had decided to watch, for the trillionth time, Harry Potter and the sorcerer's stone, and while Nick was initially reluctant to see anything other than action, after forty minutes you could tell that we had created a new fan with the adventures of the most wonderful wizard in the world.
