The pack I belong to is known as The Full Moon Pack. Additionally, there are the Silver Moon Pack, the Moon Shifters, the Luna Light Pack, and the Night Runners. Each pack brings its unique qualities and characteristics to the overall dynamics of the party.

“Relationships in a strange pack do not concern me. More importantly, where did white wolves come from and why now? - Have white wolves attacked you before? - I clarified. - Not. Linda replied. “We have been living side by side with the local white wolves for a long time. - That is, they were other people's wolves? I asked. - They were wild wolves! Alpha shouted. “They were much larger than ours, more aggressive, more bloodthirsty. Did they turn into people? I kept asking. - Only the leader. Alpha answered. – demanded that we leave our homes otherwise they will tear everyone apart. - Did you offer a fight? – I assumed. Alpha nodded, lowering his head. It's clear. I said, looking at her hand still gripping mine tightly. “It’s out there, howling.” She added. I nodded slowly, understanding her fear. “I know and I know exactly what it’s trying to do.” Her grip on me tightened more. “You mean it’s trying to get you to fight it?” “Yes and that’s exactly why I’m going out. I have to protect my pack. This is a threat, and it’s not leaving here alive. Rouges are accepted here, yes but not just rogue.” The wolf howled again, louder this time, and I slowly released Seraya’s hand, holding it for a moment and squeezing it before letting go completely and stepping toward the door.

His golden eyes, now reflecting the wisdom of an alpha wolf, looked at his pack mate with a grateful gaze before launching into a fast and powerful run. Owen's speed and agility as a wolf were impressive. He moved through the forest with a grace that only alpha wolves possessed. With each beat of his heart, he felt the connection with Aragon grow stronger, and the feeling of freedom was intoxicating.

“About how a wolf pack works?” “Not really…” I told them. “She mentioned something about an alpha…I’m guessing they are the one who run the pack?” “Yes.” Cameron spoke next. “My father is the current Alpha, the leader of our pack, which is called Ocean Runners. There are about two hundred wolves in our pack, but not all of them are here at the moment. They are scattered all over the US and the world, bringing in financial help. In case my father is absent, the pack is temporarily taken care of by the Beta, the second in command. Sarah’s father is the current Beta.”

They are among the most dangerous wolves alive, possessing strange, ancient abilities that normal wolves do not have. Ever since their first Alpha died, their new leader has been waging war on neighboring territories to expand his influence. That is the real reason I was summoned back to this pack... to lead our warriors against them.” My heart plummeted into my stomach, a wave of cold panic washing over me.

Whole villages apparently had that ability and when danger presented itself they shifted into their wolf shape, gathered as a pack and disappeared. The first thing that caught her attention was the extensive family chart at the very beginning of the book. Labeled Pack Diagram, it listed all the human form names of what she assumed was an entire pack. What on earth could this have to do with her grandparents? Did they study this? Surely they weren't - No. She gave herself a mental slap. That was just too wacky to even contemplate. She was letting her imagination run away with her. The legends fascinated her from the moment she opened the volume, especially those chapters about werewolf shifte
