"What the hell? What did she do in there? Why does it stink so badly?" Marcus frowned hard. Fighting his nausea, he switched on the greenhouse lights. My body lay curled on the ground, completely unresponsive. "What are you playing at, Bianca? Get up now!" Marcus roared. He thought I was retaliating by doing something revolting to express my dissatisfaction toward them. My soul stood right beside him. I watched as his face grew more furious at my silence and thought what a tragedy this was. Mackenzie pinched her nose and cast a look of repugnance before letting out an exaggerated scream. "Oh my god! How repulsive! Did she mess with the pesticides in here? That's so dangerous!"

The general, in charge of the battalion replied, Well, sir. I found out during the search, that it was a mad woman, who was busy laughing to herself, and cackling to herself too. She laughed and cackles…really laughed and cackled as if she was watching someone do something stupid. It is not normal. She felt as if the world was whirling too rapidly for her to keep up with. Throughout it all, she could hear a woman laughing loudly and demonically. The woman's voice had a disturbingly familiar ring to it. She opened her eyes and turned to stand up before she could figure out who it was.

anger started pulsating in me. "I'll call you whatever I want, little one". She again stated with a smirk. "You don't know what I can do to you" I said while gritting my teeth. She took my hand and place it on her throat. "Then do it" she whispered. Is she insane?

Because from my own thoughts, I feel like your brain is in your ass, and not in your skull. You seem too foolish to have a brain in the skull." "How dare you say that to me?!" She hollered at the top of her voice, panting like a crazy person. "Do you realize that I'm the madam in this house."

"That's the only reason you have any confidence now. That's why you suddenly have the nerve to talk back to me. You're warming his bed, and it's gone to your head." I blinked, genuinely taken aback by the accusation. Then something clicked into place. This woman was completely delusional. She'd built up some fantasy in her mind about her relationship with Damon, and reality refusing to match that fantasy had driven her slightly mad. "You're seriously out of your mind," I observed, keeping my voice calm even as anger simmered beneath the surface. "And I have absolutely no idea why Damon is still accommodating a fool like you. You should have been sent out of this pack house weeks ago."

I can't get my mind off her face, her body, in fact, her whole existence. I knew it. I knew that the moment I let my mind off its constraints, there is no going back. This lady is making me go crazy. SARAH'S POV I won't call this madness, rather I was just the center picture of a woman who was trying everything against odds just to escape from this entire madness, in a way I wished to myself that I could just vanish, regardless of what all of this was, he stood right there watching me like I was some kind of insane woman. Yes , I could act all insane but unlike him it was for justified reasons. It had been tough dealing with the trauma of what more was there for me to face with this man, it was almost as though my mind was going berserk and all I could feel was the corruptible venom flowing through my veins relentlessly filling me with something deeper, something that should be absurd.

But in my mother's eyes, I'm still the stubborn little girl who refuses to do what she's told. "My dear, hurry up and marry," Auntie Ngozi continues, patting my arm like I'm a child. "A husband is a woman's glory. Forget all this new generation nonsense – it won't take you anywhere." I want to scream. I want to tell them that I don't need a man to complete me, that I'm perfectly happy on my own.
