Alpha’s Moonchild
The crowd shrieked and surged back.
Felen attacked first, lunging with a speed no Luna could match. I met her head-on because she attacked me first, and she looked like a good fighter too.
Our fists collided with bone-crunching force. Snarls ripped from our throats, more wolf than human. The fight was brutal, messy, less about skill, more about dominance. She slammed me against a marble pillar, cracking it in half, blood seeped through my nose.
I ducked, sweeping my legs out from under me, but I rolled, coming up behind her and slamming my elbow into the base of her skull. She staggered, blood splattering across the cracked stone. Cheers and screams echoed around us. It didn't matter.
