Onyx Vs Obsidian Novels & Stories

And though we aren’t particularly alpha material, a little to small, our build nothing matched to Theo or any other alpha around, Obsidian stands tall, his front paws on tippy toes as the wolf comes into view. There’s a stand off, the pair of them assessing who will strike first. Will it be this rogue wolf that seems much smaller in comparison to Obsidian or will we strike first to end their assent into our pack-lands? Obsidian starts a slow crawl from left to right, creating a barrier between himself and the land behind him and that throws the other wolf, he doesn’t follow our movement, merely standing still whilst assessing Obsidians choice of defending our land. And then he strikes, moves

"We can't afford to make any mistakes." Eryz nodded, heading out with a few men. The narrow path was the fastest way for the wolves to reach them. But it was narrow, full of trees that would aid the Ouroboros' first defense against the wolves. Outside, the men arranged their weapons for the outer field, before the hills that led to their home. Their weapons were impressive, large and wickedly crafted, forged from obsidian and ancient dragon bone known to resist force. Their blades were intricately crafted, mostly curved with sharp ends. Spears shot out chains with sharp edges, capable of severing an enemy's neck.

The ranks go like this: Wood Porcelain Stone Obsidian Emerald Ruby Copper Silver Gold Diamond The first ranks focused on gathering material and communal service. Then, from obsidian to copper, the extermination of nests and clearance of dungeons become available. Silver, gold, and diamond are for people and can be used to fight against criminal groups and mundial threats. "Indeed! Now, we have multiple agreements with other institutions from all around the world, one of them being the Xerxes Academy you are currently attending to" Her expression got more somber as the explanation continued.

I said with relief. “What way have you found?” I added. “Obsidian. We need black obsidian,” He answered and paused. He then went further to explain the process of Lillian and another Elder merging their powers to do the spell, when the Obsidian is obtained. The plan sounded promising but there was only one problem. “That is a great plan and I'm grateful for your effort. But black obsidian can only be found in Moon Stone pack. And by the name of the pack, you should already know that it is Alpha William’s pack,” I pointed out and heard Maeve’s gasp in the background.

“It’s an obsidian knife, the sharpest knife in the world.” She took back the phone and examined the same image. “Good heavens, you’re right! It’s obsidian— three times sharper than a diamond and 500 to 1,000 times than a surgeon’s steel blade. Scalpels with obsidian blades have a cutting edge of only three nanometers thick and are said to heal with minimal scarring.” “We can only see a bit of it. If this knife is large enough…” I paused. “…it will be the murder weapon. It can cut through bones if its size is perfect,” she finished.

He heads back to the table picking up two knives different to his prior selection for their blades are pitch black in colour whilst their handles are of hardwood. "These here are called obsidian knives. These are made by peeling a long, thin sliver from the core of the volcanic glass. Sharpest knife of all." He explains as he gets himself into position at a distance from the target board. "Watch carefully, little one." Eyes closed taking a deep breath he begins to move with elegance. An elegance that catches me off guard for even as I female had none like his. Hands held above his head spine bending backwards he slowly twists his body whilst his wrists rotate the knives captured in his palms

“Onyx, this is my dad, Grey.” “Pleased to meet you,” said Onyx, shaking the human’s hand. He had the same eyes as Tasha, but there was none of her impishness there—instead, there was ruthlessness and danger. He and his wolf recognized a predator when he saw one, and the male before him was certainly one. He also knew that Grey would recognize Onyx as a fellow predator, and that was important because he had no intention of letting anyone try to intimidate him. “Likewise,” drawled Grey, sounding not at all honest.

Or even my pack. This was not my room. I repeated springing awake and staring in awe. The room was way bigger than the small bedroom of mine at the Packhouse. The red drapes against the black stone.. Except that wasn't stone. It was obsidian. Obsidian was rare and extremely valuable yet durable all the same. I had heard the stone was able to last for decades against all kinds of plunders. Who in their right mind had enough gold to spend on an obsidian room? I groaned rubbing my temples feeling as though the shadows stretching along the wall was watching me. I eyed it warily along with the strange room. Where in Goddesses name was I?

The ogres ran inside the study to get the Duke away from Taegen. "You really want to kill us all!" "We can't stay silent for the rest of our days, we need to take our revenge." the King said with a calm voice. Nylian pushed the guards and approached Taegen again, "Revenge?" he raised an eyebrow. He rubbed his chin and nodded, "Yes, revenge is good." he mumbled and then looked at him, "But not when your enemy is a hundred times stronger than you. How many times am I going to tell you that you CANNOT beat the Dark Creatures!"

Oliver noticed that there was no price tag on those rocks. Suddenly, Oliver's jade ring glowed again. In an instant, the ring's clairvoyant mode was activated. This time, Oliver could see through the surfaces of the rocks. 'Wait a minute... am I seeing this right?' thought Oliver as he stared at the rocks in disbelief. The small rocks were actually the highest grade veridian jade, the ultimate rarity in Metro City. Oliver knew this was an opportunity not to be missed; not for Corey and Bax-tiques anyway.
