“The owner… he’s not like the others.” I turned to her, raising an eyebrow. “A jerk? An egotistical narcissist?” I half-joked, trying to break the tension. But Chloe didn’t laugh. Instead, she shivered slightly, the smile fading from her face. "He's... odd. And deadly. No one really sees him during the day. He’s a nightwalker." Her voice faltered on the last word. “He’s got a scar across his face. No one knows how he got it, but people say it’s the least dangerous thing about him.”

he headed for a room while Carter followed him. They both got into the room. There were fifty weak demons in the room. They moaned and strained like they were about to die. "Are these demons?" Carter asked in amazement. "No. They are the qualities we need in this fight against Alpha Nemesis" Alpha Nolan scoffed. "These are not qualities" Carter shook his head. "They are dying" he made a disappointed face. "They won't die. They are like this just because they are not ripe to be awake. And luckily, I have found a way around that. They will be up and well once they feed" Alpha Nolan related.

He already knows what is wrong but he still needs to confirm. He studied the young woman's wounds. There are scratches around her arms and legs. Probably from the dragging by her predators. Jones is a vampire but after years of practicing self-control, he managed to make his senses devoid of any scent. If his guess was true, then this woman's blood wouldn't affect him no matter how addictive her blood is.

His knees buckle and drop to the ground. The media and police call me silenzio, while the others just call Silenzio. I'm a serial killer and I work for the country's most notorious and dangerous dark Italian organization known as The obsidian Syndicate. I work in the organization merely to quench my blood thirst after the unfortunate incident that occurred in my life which has scarred me and turned me brutal, I was given several therapy sessions but none ever worked to bring me back to the man I used to be before the incident.

“I was going to make this quick for you. But now I think I’m going to take my time.” He smiled and it split open one of the blisters on his cheek, fresh blood running down his face. “I’m going to kill everyone you care about,” Jonathan continued, speaking slowly. “Your brother. Your pack. Your father’s memory. Everything you’ve ever loved is going to burn and you’re going to watch every second of it.” He stepped even closer and Luca could smell the rot coming off him, could see the madness building behind his eyes. The witches’ chanting reached a crescendo and Arden screamed, his body finally giving up the fight and shifting completely.

~ KATALEYA ~ “Necromancy is one of the deadliest abilities one can possess. One that no one on this earth should ever have been given access to. It doesn’t just raise the dead. It twists the very basis of reality. It callously tears at the veil between life and death. Those who practice it aren’t just summoning spirits. They, like Mama said, rip the spirits from eternal rest, warping their very essence into something vile and inhumane. The dead do not return as they were, but as hollow, tormented shadows, bound by the twisted will of the necromancer.”

He chose a necromancer over his family. This selfish and deranged man wanted to take my powers for himself. I was already afraid but some thing terrified me more. This necromancer had black magic to bring back dead people, she was definitely going to kill me. I was in fact l was already a dead person. Dead man's blood was already coursing through my blood.

it’s like he wants to kill me. Is he still the Jared I meet? He suddenly changes right now, I don’t know him anymore. I was surprised when he quickly approached me and stabbed me in the heart. I felt pain. Not because of the stab, but because of him. I can’t believe that he could do this to me... I could feel the tears dripping from my eyes as we stared at each other. Anger was the only thing I could see in his eyes. “Just die Eunice, I don’t want to see your face again! A demon like you deserves to die! Oh, happy 18th birthday. I hope you’ll see Satan in hell.” He smiled, it was like he was happy seeing me like this.

Killing them wasn't the problem, the challenge lied in how fast they multiplied despite ripping their heads apart from their bodies. "Elena watch out!" A dead bat resurrected from the dead and tried to attack me from behind. I ducked right in time to avoid its sharp claws thanks to Cass' warning. "Thanks!" I muttered. "The necromancer is here, he is the only one that can reach out to dead creatures and bring them back to life" "I observed, but what do we do since the bloody coward has decided to make himself less conspicuous and torment us with birds." Cass spat, caught a bat by the neck, and tore it into two equal halves making blood splatter on him.

“Don't tell me this is about your new doll.” I smiled. “Always quick to catch on.” I leaned back in my chair. “There isn't something right about him.” Carlos studied me. “What did he do?” “He has the chain of the boy who was reported dead years ago.” Carlos stared at me for a moment before shaking his head. “It's a chain, Luciano. Do you know how many chains are made to look alike?” “It has the crest.” I glanced down at my hand. “Worn and out of color, but I wouldn't mistake it.”
