During my engagement party, the chandelier suddenly fell from the ceiling and landed on my head. However, my boyfriend shielded his junior as he dragged her to safety. Even when he saw blood coming out of my mouth, he hid aside with his junior in his arms. “They are just superficial wounds. They won’t kill you. It’s too dangerous here. Let’s wait for the paramedics!” However, he had forgotten he was the director of the emergency department. That night, I suffered a miscarriage, but he was having fun at a theme park with his junior to calm her down. I threw the medical report of my miscarriage at his face. After I decided to get married to another person, the once arrogant emergency doctor kept apologizing to me…

Diana had to break off her romance with Clive, an extravagant set designer, because he cheated on her even with her friends. And she got a job in Hong Kong, where she met Jonathan, a brilliant surgeon, who was a real enigma to her: arrogant and cold, but who, at times, surprised her with his delicacy and sensuality. Suatu masa, takdir membawa mereka untuk merasakan pahitnya hidup yang sebenarnya. Aira dijodohkan dengan Rehan, cowok yang paling Daffa benci seumur hidupnya.

Hero Louis seorang pilot muda terpaksa menikahi Lusie Agatga gadis 18 tahun yang masih duduk di bangku sekolah. Lusie berusaha menjadi seorang istri yang sempurna di mata keluarga. Dia sangat memperlakukan Anea Louis anak Hero dengan baik. Namun, di mata Hero, Lusie hanyalah gadis manja yang merepotkan kesibukannya. Kadangkala Hero bahkan mengacuhkan Lusie dan memilih bersenang-senang dengan teman-temannya. Suatu hari Lusie koma akibat tumor otak yang ia derita dan membuat kehidupan Hero berubah drastis. Lusie menjadi pribadi yang lain usai koma. Ia bahkan tidak mau lagi mengurus Anea dan kegiatan rumah tangga lainnya. Perubahan itu menjadi titik balik kehidupan Hero untuk memperjuangkan cinta Lusie yang hilang.
