Snatched By The Don: My Enemy's Father

Snatched By The Don: My Enemy's Father

I said, voice cold and clear, “and I have killed every man who dared to speak my name with venom in his mouth.” No one spoke. They dared not. They could see it. I was different. I didn't follow rules anymore. “I have buried the Vipers. Burned the Alessandros end their allies. Taken Pablo’s head from his shoulders. If any man here still believes I’m not worthy to rule, then stand. Speak.” Silence. Even the wind dared not move. I nodded once. “Then from this day forward, I claim the title none of you could hold. I am the Overlord. The chain ends here. The war ends here. There will be peace, my peace. And any man who threatens it will be erased. Family or not.”

ZARAMANNI

ZARAMANNI

Patting the vampire’s shoulders with a hint of danger in his action, Zoey asked, “How about we attack Skullis first? After all, you helped the fairies attack us. It is only fair that we return your kindness, don’t you think?” “Okay, I think you are being hasty with your words, gentlemen, I-” The Overlord's attempt to get out of that ugly situation failed. Beta Zoey was not ready to let him go. While he continuously tapped the man's shoulder, he said, “I think you should stop talking, Overlord Zamar. I am already thinking about ending your life. For some reason, I can’t stop thinking about beheading you. But then, things never work that way, do they?”

Keeper Of A Warlord’s Heart

Keeper Of A Warlord’s Heart

“T- The rest is yours.” Alarick narrowed his eyes. “What else do you want?” “That’s it!” Erriene widened his eyes in innocence then snarled in indignation when Alarick lifted an eyebrow at that. “Kill the trolls. Land is yours, temple is mine. Do you understand, barbarian?” It wasn’t a bad deal. Actually, it wasn’t a deal at all. This was Erriene giving up the land and practically gifting it to him. Of course he would have to protect ANY LAND that was HIS.

The Alpha's Warlock

The Alpha's Warlock

“Anyway, whatever they were doing, hopefully it’s over now, right? He’s dead. And Calder killed his associates when we got out of there. Whatever their plan was, it’s got to be over now.” I hoped. Christ. Take over the world. Hubris, but…fucking terrifying hubris. Hawthorne and company might have been pretty fucking far from doing any such thing, but how much damage could a group of warlocks do on a smaller scale, working toward a goal like that? Strike that, I knew exactly how much damage, because I’d been part of the wreckage left behind. And so had Nate, for that matter.

Amazing story! Well written, well developed long chapters, well editted, well balanced (Story, emotion and sex), well...everything! Well done Author!!! One of the best books I have read on this or other platforms. I also love your smart, sharp and quick witted sense of humor! It was very refreshing!

I'm only 18% into this masterpiece of emotional rollercoasters, but I can say with 100% certainty that the real warlock is the author and their amazing way of crafting and weaving the words like magic. Truly, this is a cut above the rest in quality and I can't get enough of it ...

The forgotten hybrid

The forgotten hybrid

Chapter 2: The Gathering Storm Orleana, nestled within the heart of an ancient forest, was once known for its picturesque landscapes and the serene beauty that nature had bestowed upon it. However, during the last few months, the town's tranquility gave way to an unsettling aura, one that whispered of an encroaching war between the vampires and werewolves. The vampires, with their aristocratic grace and insatiable thirst for blood, had long been at odds with the werewolves – fierce, loyal creatures who protected their own with a ferocity unmatched by any other supernatural being. As tensions mounted, the scent of bloodshed began to permeate the air, tainting Orleana's once-pristine atmospher

The Ex-Husband's Revenge

The Ex-Husband's Revenge

Though the Overlord State and Semi-Overlord State were only a level apart, there was an enormous gap between the two states and an Overlord could easily support the entire family on their own. If Harold was only at the Semi-Overlord State, the Youngs could simply send a few Semi-Overlords and they would be able to restrain Harold with ease. However, Harold reached the Overlord State and there was no hope for the Youngs to control an Overlord, especially when they were facing the Northern King himself. Benedict and the Southern King stormed into the Field Mansion without concern for their own safety because Benedict was an Overlord and even if the Fields were wronged, they would not have the

Every1 listen up! If they keep posting only 1 chapter a day, we shud simply stop reading. It is quite disorienting. Waiting a couple of weeks will solve 2 problems. 1) Enough chapters to keep it engaging. 2) More importantly, hurt their pockets. It could lead them to change this pathetic behaviour.

ive read up to 472 chapters but ive lost my phone 3 times so i keep having to start again from the beginning. Frustrating but i like the story and i like the central character so ill persevere yet again. I have to know if Leon gets back with Iris which i think he should get with Ariel or the other 1

An Alpha's End

An Alpha's End

A ghost of a smile appeared on her lips but it eventually vanished. “He went out first. The team needed him immediately.” I nodded and shyly stood up from bed. Of course, he’s the Alpha. Why would he even wait for me, right? I just fixed myself before docking from the ship. My mouth dropped open when I saw the situation outside. Trees were lifeless. I don’t even think there’s life here. Buildings and houses were destroyed and burned. This has become their life? In all of my years in experience, I have never saw something like this. Even being a Warrior Witch, I have never seen something like this.

Alpha Trilogy

Alpha Trilogy

Thea frowns confusedly, tilting her head slightly. “Yeah.” I shrug. “Weird, I know, but that girl is full of surprises. Nothing surprises me when it comes to her anymore…” “Unbelievable.” Thea stays beside me and Ivy as we watch our enemies burn in the huge fire one by one. With every body that’s thrown into the pyre a weight is lifted from my shoulders. We won this war. Despite all odds, we actually won. We were heavily outnumbered. There were over thirty Undeads on Cornelia’s side and only four on ours, according to Thea.

The Queen's War (Book one of The Mafia Throne)

Maps covered his massive desk, red marks indicating territories, blue for allies, black for contested zones. "Sit," Giovanni ordered when they arrived. Dante took one chair. Arabelle deliberately chose the one farthest from him. Clara sat between them, literally and figuratively. Giovanni studied the arrangement with knowing eyes. "Still at odds, I see. Good. Use that tension. Channel it into this project." "What project?" Dante asked. "The Northern expansion I mentioned Friday." Giovanni spread out a larger map. "Three territories currently in flux—the warehouse district, the port access roads, and the entertainment zone. All previously controlled by smaller families who've recently... coll

An Omega To Rule Them All

An Omega To Rule Them All

Daniel had silently observed their little interaction taking a mental note of Penelope’s uncomfortable body language “ I’m glad to finally have you back, your work at the border was exemplary, it was quite unfortunate you missed my wedding though “Alpha Reynolds said chuckling as he stepped forward to hug Daniel. Both alphas had grown close over the years, Daniel had great respect and cared deeply for his uncle and their time apart had affected them both. Daniel warmly embraced his uncle “Ah now tell me do you finally have any wolf that has piqued your interest “ the head alpha said with a smirk on his face Daniel laughed at his uncle’s question “ I was too busy fighting off rogues to notice

Frequently Asked Questions

I dug into 'Overlord' volume 17 like I was hunting for hidden loot, and what I found felt like a slow-burning chess match that still explodes when the pieces clash. This volume leans hard into the political and psychological aftermath of Nazarick's moves: Ainz is still consolidating power, but the story spends more time showing how those around him react — allies who embrace his vision, subordinates who quietly worry, and outside powers that begin to change their calculus. The heart of the plot is less about nonstop battles and more about the subtleties of dominance: diplomatic posturing, assassinations that almost succeed, and careful displays of force meant to intimidate without overreaching.

We also get several quieter, character-focused beats that matter. Some members of Nazarick carry out secret missions, and their methods reveal how ruthlessly calculated the Tomb’s leaders have become. There are scenes that peel back emotional layers — jealousy, loyalty, the weirdness of living under an undead overlord — which makes Ainz’s internal solitude and the loyalty of followers like Albedo and Demiurge feel more poignant. The novel toys with the idea that power can create its own loneliness, and it juxtaposes majestic displays of strength with intimate, unsettling moments where the human cost is hinted at.

By the end the volume sets up future tensions: new alliances form against Nazarick, and yet there’s a sense that Ainz’s web keeps tightening. It’s a satisfying mix of strategy, eerie domesticity inside the Tomb, and looming geopolitical shifts, and I walked away thinking this is where the series stretches its muscles in nuance rather than spectacle — which, to me, is delightfully sinister.
