Mate or God?

Mate or God?

I kiss him on the forehead and stand upright. "How about I make it up to you both. I made waffles and chocolate pancakes with your daddy and uncle Shawn's help." Sora and Hans both nod their head in excitement. I help them on their chairs and move around the kitchen to fetch plates and forks. I serve them their pancakes with a strawberry, banana, and syrup on top forming a smiling face. "Awww, aunty my pancake looks happy I do not want to eat it," Sora says while looking at her pancake as if it's the most precious thing in the world. While Hans on the hand is eating his pancake with a big smile on his face.

“It’s edible. That’s a win in my book.” “Edible?” he repeated, feigning offense. “Do you know how hard I worked on this?” “Oh, I can tell,” I said, pointing at the pancakes with my fork. “The artistry here is undeniable. I’ve never seen pancakes shaped like clouds and, um, abstract blobs before.” Marco chuckled, leaning back in his chair. “That’s called creativity. You wouldn’t understand.” “Right,” I said, nodding solemnly. “Clearly, I’m not on your level.”

The Whispers of my heart

The Whispers of my heart

“And that’s all we need.” What followed was pure madness. Rose tried to make healthy pancakes — oats, banana, chia seeds. Zara dumped caramel, sprinkles, and crushed Oreos onto hers. Claire drizzled peanut butter and set it on fire trying to “caramelize it.” And Mira? She flipped a pancake so high it hit the ceiling. It stayed there. For three days. “We’ll call it art,” Zara said. Sophia just laughed, covered in flour, flipping a perfect golden disc.

Will You Marry Me, Again?

Will You Marry Me, Again?

“It’s your fans, Aiken.” Getting up, Aiken hurried to the window and opened it. He laughed when he saw the makeshift banners his fans had made. “Hi, everyone! When did you make those banners? They look fantastic!” Aiken said as he waved at his fans earnestly. “Good morning, Aiken!” “Oh, my God, Aiken waved at me! How do you like the pancakes I made?” Hiding from view, Maia glanced at the pancakes on the table, then at Aiken.

I finished for her as I walked up closer to her. “Buuuut, there was something that I needed to do first. Top priority,” she said. Damn, was she glowing? She was even more gorgeous than usual lately I had noticed. Maybe it was just the mate bond getting stronger. I glanced down at the tray of pancakes that was now in her hands and tilted towards me. She had a hopeful look on her face and Cooper was smiling on the counter at us as he licked the last of the frosting off the spoon. I read the pancakes carefully, admiring her smooth and gorgeous handwriting despite it being frosting. There were several pancakes and they all were shaped like hearts and had a word on them.

I absolutely ... love this book. I read it in 2 days because I simply didn't want to put it down. Thank you author and I look forward to reading the sequel once I find it. (It's not listed under your author info.)

So far the story is very intriguing and interesting. There are a few errors here and there but nothing that takes away from the story being enjoyable. It moves at a good pace and it’s not repetitive which is a nice change for this app. The author seems to care about their craft again that is a plus

THE REMARRIED HEIRESS

THE REMARRIED HEIRESS

she asked, bouncing on her stool. I chuckled, handing her a sparkly sprinkle tub. “We’ll make unicorns, hearts, stars, whatever your magical little mind wants.” Across the island, Chen piped up with a mouth full of dough. “I want to make a dinosaur cookie! A T-Rex! ROARRR!” Abby smirked as she looked up from the mixing bowl. “As long as your T-Rex doesn’t eat all the dough first.” He giggled. “Too late!” Dante chimed in from the speaker's corner. “We should name the cookies. This one…” he held up a lopsided blob, “is Sir Blob-a-lot.”

The Deal Breaker

The Deal Breaker

And can Dad try one? Portia nodded excitedly. She took the plate with Luna's help and handed it to James, who stared at the plate. There were about 15 cookies, some of them had hearts, some had stars, there was one with the face of some strange cartoon, and the rest had flowers and suns. Then, on another plate, there were four cookies with their names written on them. -Is something wrong? - Luna asked. -No, of course not. - he took one. I bet they're delicious.

The Billionaire's Regret

The Billionaire's Regret

There was a faint layer of stubble along his jaw that made him look like a man who belonged in an expensive fragrance campaign, not cooking breakfast for a four-year-old in a penthouse under lockdown. I hated him aesthetically. Poppy sat at the island with her chubby legs swinging, Bunny stationed in the empty stool beside her with a tiny napkin tucked against his chest. In front of Poppy sat three round pancakes. She pointed at one with her fork when she saw me. “See?” I stopped at the end of the island. “I see a pancake.” “No star. No heart. No bunny. Nothing.” Sebastian flipped the next pancake without looking at her. “They’re still edible.”

UNTAMED FATE

UNTAMED FATE

But the problem is that Gavin hates cooking. Gavin stood at the counter, flipping pancakes like a pro. He wore a black apron over his jeans, and he looked terrifyingly focused. I snuck behind him and stole a pancake off the plate. He turned instantly. "Hey! Pookie! You’re back. Come here." He leaned down and kissed my cheek before narrowing his eyes at the stolen food. "Don’t touch those pancakes." I blinked innocently, mid-bite. "Too late." "Can I have another? Pretty please?"

Unperfect Marriage

As a decoration to make it more attractive, Angel also gave a lot of strawberry pieces. Yes, these pancakes have been turned into a very pretty birthday cake. "Mommy! This is a very pretty cake!" Harriet shrieked with sparkling eyes, and she couldn't stop admiring the cake Angel had just decorated. "Mommy is amazing!" Meanwhile Sean stood with his mouth open. He had no idea that simple pancakes he and Harriet had made could be this interesting. The cake in front of him is even as beautiful as the ones sold in many bakeries. "You're great, honey. My mother will definitely like this." Sean gave a compliment while clapping his hands.
