Dead Weight

Dead Weight

True. She tells Denise she wants to handle emergencies better. True. She tells Rob she is tired of relying on shops. True. She tells Pete she thinks people are underprepared. So true it could legally change its name. The uncomfortable part is how many people already feel something coming. They talk about supply chains, weather, inflation, government overreach, grid failure, civil unrest, pandemics, solar flares, fuel shortages, antibiotic resistance, crop disease, and once, memorably, dolphins.

Unprecedented

Rose then pointed out the fact that it was a holiday and her mother didn't have to go for work, "What? No, I mean...it was a serious emergency since she works at the hospital now", he tried to defend himself. It was a little too late for making excuses, Rose knew that something was not right, she had purposely proposed to at least leave her mother a voice message using his phone just so she could hear her say 'goodmorning' but Raphael quickly denied. He said she was too busy to pick it up at any time of the day, "What about my doctor? I'm not all better and the doctor said I have to keep going even for one hour,

The Heiress' Return: Six Brothers at Her Beck and Call

They even became the largest overseas supplier, particularly in medical supplies. Aria looked up. "Medical supplies?" "Yes," Lily replied, hesitating a moment longer. Aria motioned toward the young woman with the gun standing behind her, urging Lily to continue. Lily closed her eyes and then blurted out the truth. "In three or four months, a pandemic will hit our country. The virus spreads through respiratory transmission, and it's believed to come from animals. "The country will grind to a halt. The death toll will be staggering. People will be locked in their homes, with no medicine to help them. All they can do is watch as people suffocate.

I wouldn’t bother reading. The author has dragged this out and made the storyline almost unrecognizable from what it was portrayed. Instead of focusing on the lost child and the reunion with the family they have introduced stupid plots to drag the story on- and on- and on- and on!

the storyline is amazing. Love the FL. She is strong, fierce, righteous and so unaware. Landon is amazing, so supportive and heart warming tho feel sad for him he is unappreciated. I wish Fiona the best and hope she gets true love Owen never deserved her. Love grandpa Warren and Barron. It's amazing

The Alphas Regret: Winning Their Broken Mate Back

The Alphas Regret: Winning Their Broken Mate Back

The walls were lined with wooden shelves that stretched to the end of the room, packed with books of every shape, size, and color. “You sent for us,” I began as Jon closed the door behind him. “To get right into it, people are falling sick in the pack. It’s been that way for a week now, and it’s not just affecting people, it’s affecting the food and water as well. It started with a few people but the pandemic is spreading and it’s doing that at an alarming rate." "We’re all at risk and we’ve consulted the Moon Goddess to know if we’re being punished for a crime we might have committed because we’re running out of options as to why this plague has befallen us.”

The Supreme Heiress

The Supreme Heiress

Since the incident in the morgue, Giselle had been quiet for a few days, so Jade also got several peaceful days to herself. The hospital was busy every day, as the cycle of life and death was never-ending. Jade saw it all, and it worried her deeply. There was something urgent that she had to do. A pandemic would be sweeping the entire nation three months later, spreading rapidly and becoming highly contagious and extremely difficult to cure. Many people would die at the time, and countless others would be left with lingering side-effects.

Remember Me, Aliyah

Remember Me, Aliyah

she asked. I sighed and smile. "There's a lot of things that happened as the years passed. If you can live longer, there's no way you cannot experience those wonderful things. But the sad part is that in my time, we are facing a very big problem that we can't find a solution to. Even though the technologies are very high, we still can't solve and find an answer to the worsening pandemic." Her face became very sad. "That's awful. I rather die early than experience that. I know that a pandemic is very destructive."

Dana asked. “Until further notice. No one knows the scale of this virus. It’s now pandemic,” Lizzie said. “Don’t worry, everything else is the same. Only the work set up has changed,” she added. “That should be okay for now. My place is still subsidized by the company. Dana said. Julia remains quiet. “That should solve your problem with Gerard, Zofi. You won’t be seeing him at least for now,” Lizzie said.

Lily said seriously. “Every country is studying it. There’s no need for you to meddle in this.” Dominic reasoned objectively. “There are many precedents of pandemics, so you should know how huge the impact could be. “Even though the medical field is very advanced, no one knows how it began, and it’s spreading fast. With you being pregnant, he’s right not to see you!” “I know he’s right, but at the same time, I feel there’s nothing wrong with going to see him.”

How many chapters will this book have I have already spent $40.00 and that could have bought a whole novel. The book is good but it doesn’t need to carry on forever!!! What is the last chapter? I wouldn’t have started reading it had I known it wasn’t complete. This disappoints me greatly!!!

I would like to give my opinion on when his eyes open…… the book is great to read, but I feel like I pay to read that’s okay, but now it’s like the chapters is getting shorter, I don’t want to start on another story when I did not finish the first one. Please let me finish reading this book.

Rejected by the Alpha: Mated to the savage Lycan

Only very pressing and important matters were forwarded to Mitch. "The break of an epidemic," Draco said, putting some food on a plate and handing it to Hilda who was shy. "What's an edidemic?" Aiden asked. "E-pi-dermic," Anna said. "It's the start of a deadly disease." Mitch shook his head at Draco and mindlinked, "We will talk about this later." But he looked at Anna and saw that she was already very interested in the subject and was going to get involved.

this is a great storyline. the story has kept me absurd. I love the characters they are well developed and believable. Mitch is rough a ngentle at the same time, and Anna is so strong. I really need you to finish up this storyline, leaving it hanging when he arrives at Anna's old pack is harsh

Love in the Time of Quarantine

Love in the Time of Quarantine

It’s kind of like Skype used to be, but clearer and easier to connect. Kent’s been working longer hours because China’s been under quarantine due to a pretty nasty virus. People over there are starting to panic, saying it’s going to be another pandemic, like SARS or Zika. Kent’s a little on edge about it too, but I mean—how much did our lives change because of SARS? Or Zika? So I wasn’t supposed to travel to specific places. Meh. None of those pandemics ever affected me personally, and I don’t see this one being any different. Still, it’s lingering in the back of my mind. Especially with Kent’s job.
