With a massive clash, the beast retreated a few steps backwards. The technique's shockwaves his Fane, causing Fane to take a step back. Fane's eyes had been on the beast's claws the whole time. He wanted to see if he could injure the beast with a full force attack. The beast's right claw was trembling slightly. On closer look, there were numerous scars on the right claw. The wound had grayish black remains on it, looking like it was poisoned. The wound on the white claw was constantly recovering, but it was incredibly slow. The Purple Soul beast let out a cry of agony. Its eyes were full of rage,as if it had been angered by Fane.

I still had brown eyes, a little baby fat, and brown hair that was cropped to my shoulders. "Mark?" he inquired. I grabbed my hood's zipper and pulled it open, lowering my shirt's left collar to reveal my mark.My pack's markings was identical to those of the others: three claw slashes with a line running through the middle and two exact circles underneath. But there wasn’t enough of a sample to get a hit on anything. “The placement of the marks makes me feel like the creature was compact, but perhaps with a long body. Like a lizard with a good distance from the front legs to the back. Do you think it could have hit you and knocked you out with it’s tail?” James stood there staring up as he asked this.
