**This is a torture chamber chapter. Please skip if it is not to your liking.** Harin drifted in a hazy state, a deceptive tranquility lulling him into a false sense of security. He lay on the soft, verdant grass of a meticulously manicured garden, the warm rays of the sun caressing his bare torso. I am still not sure of how many pages the test will have. I watched him pass a load of paper by row. When I got mine, I noticed that it has two pages. I discerned a lump in the center of the test paper. I raised the first page and a flower appeared before my eyes. I looked at everyone. They seem to be busy reading every question. I looked back at the flower. Its color was red, its petals resemble spider legs. It looked elegant but also unusual. I lowers my head and smelled it. It was fragrant.

Its petals were a soft, creamy white with the faintest blush of pink, delicate and perfectly formed. I reached out with a trembling hand and picked it up. The stem was cool and smooth between my fingers. I brought it closer, turning it slowly. Beside where the flower had sat was a folded piece of paper. A handwritten note. My heart gave a small, unsteady beat as I opened it. The handwriting was elegant and the most beautiful one I had ever seen.
