I looked at the First Mate, then at my own scarred hands, which were now glowing with the light of the very first day. "Let him see her," I said. I took the wooden key from the floor and threw it into the liquid sapphire above, watching as it ignited the path to the next gate with the Un-Auditable Glory of the Re-United. Darlene watched as the First Mate began to ascend, her copper hair a beacon for every lost soul in the Abyss, and as the 102nd chapter closed, the "Debt of the Four Continents" began to feel less like a bill and more like a Covenant.

Damian POV My mind travels up and down the room as an unutterable feeling washes over me. I sit, and an unspeakable sorrow engulfs me, settling deep in my bones, leaving me bewildered. My everlasting love has been taken away from me. We once sat on a mountain on that glorious day and exchanged vows. He promised me he would never leave me. The recent turn of events has been going against my favour. He isn’t faithful and keeps secrets, but he’s still been sweet and loving at times. Rosemary’s Pov “I will eat later…” I say softly , offering him a smile. He exchanges a look with Xavier , but I do not stay for the lectures that I know is coming. Instead I walk to the entrance and sit on the floor in a crossed legged position – my eyes fixated on the fiery red flames that almost touches the sky. I sit out there for a while , enjoying the peace of being alone. At this moment , all I ever want is to be alone. I would often feel my stomach kick me with hunger , as my nose smelt the food that was cooking but I easily turned my attention back to the burning kingdom.
