Suddenly I hear loud screams, I try to look through the peep hole in the passage wall and I see mom torn into half by a hairy monster . Her blood was everywhere, the monster was growling with mom's blood dripping from it's huge mouth.I was speechless,too scared to do anything,not too long after I hear the cracking of bones and I find the bodies of my dad and brother lifeless on the ground with their blood splattered everywhere.

I am choked by fear and disbelief before a guttural shriek leaves my mouth. “MOM!! DAD!!!" I scream, and as soon as Korra hears that, she comes to a stop and drops me onto the ground, her body trembling with fear and anger as she glances back in the direction our parents have been killed... "Kaida... you have to run okay... someone needs to lead the attack now that Mom and Dad..." Her voice trembles, tears streaming down her face as she holds onto mine, her grey eyes meeting mine.

The woman screamed again. I broke into the landing of the stairs and from my position, I could see down to the living room where my parents stood clutching each other and trembling. The most shocking part wasn't the fact that my dead parents were right there in the flesh, it was the dark, hulking shadow moving toward them. It was over eight feet tall of pitch blackness, the only visible part of it a gaping mouth with sharp, shark like teeth. No! I tried to scream, but it was like my head was under water, the sound muffled.

After the laugh had subsided, Scar faced her parents, a smile on her face as she nodded. “I forgive you both, mom and dad.” The eyes of her parents finally lit up on hearing the words from her. They stood up to their feet and dashed to her direction to pull her into a bon crushing hug. Natalie who stood at the side got emotional and fished out her phone to take a clip of the happy moment. “Send that photo to me, it's not all the time you see reunions like this one.” Lucas whispered and she rolled her eyes before nodding.

I could hear my parents screaming at the four-legged creature to get away from the car as they struggled to free themselves. As I was losing consciousness, I could hear my mom say she's not ready, she hadn't turned yet. We don’t know if she has powers or her wolf, you must wait until she is eighteen. Trying to fight to stay awake; I could hear my parents screaming, please don’t hurt us, we have done everything you asked us to. When she couldn't find Phaeka she looked for the towering black man instead, but even he was nowhere to be seen. "AAAAYYYYY!" A loud scream sounded from deep in the forest. The shriek was unintelligible, much like any other, but Anaria and her father somehow recognized it as Phaeka's. Father and daughter looked frantically for the source of the scream as Gorlann glanced over his shoulder with a chuckle. Ignoring the father, he spoke to Anaria alone.

“You sounded upset on the phone.” Scarlett took a shaky breath, glancing around before showing him the video. “Daniel, I need your help. My father did this. I can’t keep her safe if I don’t know who’s watching her at all times. Can you help me hire personal security for my mom? I can’t trust anyone else to handle this.” Daniel watched the video in stunned silence, his mouth pressing into a tight line as he took in the horrific sight. When it ended, he shook his head, his hands clenched into fists on the table.

I scream, hitting the door vigorously, and trembling as a scary thunder hit. A shiver runs down my spine, feeling as tho the thunder would get through the roof to hit me. “Daddy!” I scream again, more loudly, close to tears, as I begin to feel the disappearance of my father even more. Soon, the door rolls over, and Dale Lazarus stands there, gawking at me with both his hands in his pockets.
