Xander pulled me along to find out what is going on, only to stop dead on our tracks when we smelled the most disgusting smell ever and saw what would normally be a beautiful lady covered in dog shit and rotten veggies. And to top it all off a skunks smell, she was screaming. And i saw Alpha Troy and some alpha running towards her, Xander, me, Rossy, Cody and Steven took small steps while others stepped back. Zaykee stood up while looking down, his fists were clenching. "AAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!" Zaykee scream so loudly that all of the people inside the abandoned warehouse blocked their ears, closing their eyes. Moreover, Zaykee's face is looking at the tall ceiling while screaming and his scream reached the range of the entire Kingdom of Slenia.

My wolf recoiled, my chest cracked open, and the sounds of laughter and joy outside mocked me. So, I turned up my headphones. Louder. Louder. Until the bass rattled my skull and the world outside blurred away. I lay there, staring at the ceiling, letting myself drown. Letting the celebration pass me by. And then… The chill came. A sudden, unnatural cold that crawled over my skin. My wolf stirred uneasily, ears pricked. I slid the headphones off, frowning. That’s when I heard it. The first scream. High-pitched. Sharp. Shattering the rhythm of drums and flutes outside. Then another. A shriek cut short. Then a chorus of them…men, women, children…all breaking in agony.
