Percy Jackson Fanfiction Percy Coughing Blood Novels & Stories

Precisely because my breathing was slower, I knew that my heartbeat was too, I had practiced this since the plan to make Achilles faint was made. "NOW!" I hear Hayden's shout. I can feel the gigantic increase in auras, at the same time as the noise of transformation and the sound of fighting spread. "Hayden!" Lucca called out, as his aura increased, trying to make a bubble around me. This time my breathing really started to get heavier, as I struggled to open my eyes, then the taste of blood invaded my mouth and I swallowed, knowing it was the blood of Achilles and Perseus.

But nothing worked. The magic inside me was becoming wilder. “Make it stop,” I whispered. Percy’s attention snapped fully back to me. “Hey.” His voice softened instantly. “Look at me.” I tried. Goddess, I tried. But my vision blurred painfully while more visions flashed through my head. I saw silver fire swallowing forests whole. I saw wolves kneeling beneath a black throne. I saw Lucius standing over my father while blood covered the ground beneath them. Then I saw the brothers. I saw Darren covered in blood, Ken screaming my name and Percy holding my body while silver magic exploded around us.

“Aren’t you hungry? Let’s just continue this tomorrow, yeah?” “Sure.” I said in a low voice. He offered a hand; I grinned before taking his hand. Gideon helped me stand up. We were laughing because he won’t stop making jokes about almost everything. It was almost nightfall and the sun was slowly disappearing. Huh, I didn’t even take a nap as I planned to do the whole day. I stopped walking when I felt my throat flinch. A cough escaped my mouth, I was coughing blood. It wasn’t even dark red, it’s almost black.

First I get this weird dream and now my hair! I feel my legs give in as I fall to the ground, my throat starts drying out and my head starts to hurt. I grab onto my head as I hear a loud ringing in my head. I started coughing and held my stomach. I felt something in my throat that spilled out on the floor. It was blood. I was coughing up blood. "You need blood," I hear Peter say as I cough up more blood onto the ground. I was too weak to argue with him.

Then the bacteria ride your blood vessels and move through your whole body. Percy clenched his jaw as sweat poured down his face. The words made the pain bloom sharper. Adrenaline and fear twisted his imagination into something savage. He knew Cyrus was taunting him, but fear still clawed at him from the inside. "I'll kill you!" Percy screamed. Madness had possessed him. The arm was already rotting. He knew he would die, but he wanted one last strike. From the next room, one of Jack's men heard the shouting and asked, "Should we finish him off?"

Her piercing scream filled the air as her soul was ripped from her body, and she was sent into the pits of hell. I vomited on the sidewalk; my pride was now bruised tenfold for the torture I just endured. My ears rang as Lucifer burst out into a fit of laughter. His hand clasped around the back of my neck, his mouth right against my ear as he leaned forward. "Next time you fuck up my plans or lose fucking control again, Perseus, I won't be so nice. Now get the fuck home and clean up before you embarrass yourself further."

I had learned that lesson in blood. I stepped out onto the private balcony overlooking the training grounds, needing air. The morning sun felt too bright, too harsh. My chest tightened suddenly, a familiar warning. I gripped the stone railing, but it wasn’t enough. A harsh cough tore from my throat, wet and metallic. Blood splattered across the pale stone bright red against gray. “Fuck.” Before I could wipe it away, heavy footsteps approached. My beta, Thorne, appeared at the balcony entrance. His sharp eyes took in the scene in one glance.

His skin was pale and as white as snow, his eyes tightly shut. Seraphine was about to scream when she noticed that his chest was heaving, but slowly. She rushed towards Alaric and Theon. Tears rolled down her cheeks as she dropped to her knees. "What... What happened to him?" She asked Theon. "I don't know. He was addressing everyone when all of a sudden he just started coughing," Theon explained. Seraphine was confused. Why in the world would he cough up blood? She touched his cheek. He was as cold as ice, which frightened her.

Chapter 6: Shadows in the Rearview I woke up tangled in sweat-soaked sheets, my heart pounding like I’d just run from a hit gone wrong. The dream lingered, vivid and unwelcome—Ethan’s face, those warm hazel eyes looking up at me, his lips brushing mine in some dimly lit room that smelled like fresh paint and rain. His hands on my skin, soft and unscarred, pulling me closer while I whispered things I’d never say aloud. It was bullshit, all of it. A fantasy my mind cooked up to torture me, because in reality, touching him would be like dragging an angel into hell.

He’s still standing. And he did what he came to do. As he pushes himself up, legs barely holding, the words slip out of him like a curse: “Fucking Lycans.” He spits the blood from his mouth and limps out of the chamber, not bothering to look back.
