He is engulfed in his own blue flames, as the smell of burning flesh hits my nose. Knowing that his own attacks are not working I cannot leave him alone. In an instant, I fly over to him. "Ellie what are you doing? Get out of here. I promise as soon as I am done here, I will catch up with you,” he urges me. But just as soon as the words leave his mouth large harpoons are shot out at us. I fly in front of Fafnir covering him from the attack. He is already hurt I cannot allow him to take any more damage. I roar in pain as the harpoons pierce through my thick scales hitting my back and wings.

The tugging sensation begins again, growing more and more intense as I continue to hold on, as the feeling intensifies I close my eyes and let it take me where it will. Splat! Taking a look around, I wonder if this is where the heir has been hidden all this time. Reaching down I pick up the pendant and wipe it off on my cloak. I barely have time to do this before the sensation of tugging once more overwhelms me and the world blurs away. *************************************************************************************

Geo said as he cradled me in his arms and inserted his fangs in the holes Charles made in my neck. The burning intensified as Geo continued to suck blood out and deposit his own venom in an effort to overshadow Charles’s venom. I tried to push him away while screaming for him to stop, but he steadfastly continued. I cried and begged for my grandmother or Gwendoline, only to discover they’d returned to the kitchen to help my grandfather when the battle renewed.

I just wanted to see what all the kids in my preschool was talking about. Sadly, as I grew up that if I wanted to watch such things as Hercules, Sinbad, Troy, Wonder women, and the most of all either of the Percy Jackson movies. The Percy Jackson was the one he didn’t want me to see the most for some reason. I had to go over Cal’s place to see that movie, and I’m not sure what was in it that my father hated. It was about one of Poseidon kids he had with a mortal, that was accuse of stealing Zeus thonder bolt. "So, back to what I'm saying. You two should be honest and please, stop snapping like you wanted to kill each other." "We're not!" "Ha, I will just believe it when I see it." She smirked at me and bit unto her blueberry cheesecake "Aww, why is this so tasty. I swear to the River Styx that this will be my most favorite cheesecake in the whole world!" "River Styx? You read Percy Jackson series?" She look at me in disbelief "Of course I did, it's fantastic and I love reading Rick Riordan books." "Cool" I smiled at her and bit into my cheesecake "Well, what will be my next step?"

I whispered and glanced at our Princess who is looking at us with half opened eyes. "Frederica!" Melody whispered and she cried. "See even she doesn't like that name." I stated smiling at my Princess who is going to be on my side. "No that is her name and I will not change it for nothing." Melody said stubbornly. "Father! Is it Hera?" We heard the little boy voice entering the Chamber. "Hera? Did you choose that name?" Melody asked me shocked. "Yes! Just think that your Mother has born again." I replied kissing on her forehead.

He had horribly wrapped a gift that she opened up, a giant smile on her father's face as she looked up to him with a big smile on her own face. The Percy Jackson book series, the only thing she had been begging for, he had gotten it for her. She jumped to her feet as she threw herself at her father as he began laughing at her excitement over books. Thinking of his laugh she caught herself giggling out loud as she opened her eyes again, breathing in deeply she turned her chair around to where those books were sitting on the shelf behind her. Standing up she walked over to the, running her fingers across them before taking the first one of the series out.

Her heart pounding madly, she began to decode it all. It began to dawn on her that this was not meant to be an entire book. It was meant to be one word per page, meant to spell out but a few sentences. A key. A code. A message, for the initiated. Meant only for the one who knew how to look. Caitlin checked off the words as she turned page after page, and she remembered them, and in her mind, sentences began to form: The last vampire will arise after 2,000 years have passed. She will rise across the ocean and will be named for the color of blood. To enter the city, one needs a key. And the key can only be found here.

“Did she mention any place specific?” Polly racked her brain. She suddenly remembered something. “Well, she did mention something about a dream. About her brother. About some kind of key in a church.” Sergei’s eyes opened wide. Polly was surprised at how interested he was. He suddenly sat up, and grabbed her shoulders fiercely. “What church?” Polly was scared by his intensity. She didn’t understand what was going on. “I don’t understand. Why does it matter? Why’s it so important?” He shook her, roughly. “Tell me!”

She took the book from Vida’s hand and playfully kept it out of her reach. “Hey!” Vida giggled. “Stop it, Tessa. You’ll get my page messed up.” Tessa would not actually lose Vida’s progress in the book. She still sensibly kept her finger where Vida was reading and turned to take a look at the cover. “Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief,” Tessa rolled her eyes. “Ugh, again? How many times have you read this book?” Vida looked up and actually thought about it. Fantasy books have always enthralled her. There is something about these stories that make her fall in love a hundred or maybe even a thousand times.
