I’ll Be Good, Mom

I’ll Be Good, Mom

How did you raise such a well-rounded child? [Seriously, I’m so jealous! You have to share your parenting tips so we can learn too!] Mom started typing. [Sorry, Ms. Fuller, we would like to withdraw from the competition. [A daughter like mine doesn’t deserve to win. She deliberately goes against the family, framed Liam, and even relieved herself in her room. [I believe academic performance is secondary. Character matters more. Don’t you agree? [I don’t want to contribute an immoral person to society, so we are withdrawing!]

THE DESPISED SON-IN-LAW; Mafia Boss Heir

mum ordered. It came out as a joke until she dragged me to the bathroom and locked the door. Behind my wall of confidence was guilt and it was making me feel so sad about my mum’s reaction. She was looking so devastated. But what was I to do? The pressure of being a perfect Wallace was getting more intense. It was never going to happen, just couldn't be what my parents wanted me to be.

My Horrible Ex-Husband Can't Move On, But I Can

My Horrible Ex-Husband Can't Move On, But I Can

Just when they managed to breathe again, her parents fell ill. Tears welled up in Rose’s eyes. Was it really worth it to stand up for those being bullied? Her parents had always taught her to be kind and do what was right. But doing good only seemed to bring her pain. For the first time, she had started to question if her parents had been wrong. Glaring at Eve, Amelia said with a smirk, "You might not live as long as we do, so worry about your own funeral first." The words snapped Rose back to reality. Her teary eyes locked onto Amelia’s face. Amelia looked so radiant. So bold. It was hard not to envy her.

My Parents Chose the Caregiver Over Me

My Parents Chose the Caregiver Over Me

How can you let him have my room without my permission? "Why would we need your permission?" My father suddenly roared, looking red with anger. "Your mom and I bought this house, so we have the final say on who stays here. We can let Harry stay here, and we can make you leave the house!" I trembled with rage at his words, and I stared at my parents, suddenly realizing they were like strangers to me. This was my home, yet I felt like an outsider. I decided not to argue with them and turned toward the door, dragging my luggage behind me.

Rose and the Graycorts

Rose and the Graycorts

“Rose was actually really kind of annoying about it with all her stupid questions. She’s obsessed with werewolf literature, but after clearing up the worst misconceptions, she understood the importance of keeping our secret.” Dad sighed. “Well, I guess we can stay for a few more years IF Rose can keep her mouth shut.” My sisters cheered, and my mom smirked at my dad. Ugh. My parents are such trolls. I don’t think Mom was serious about moving.

Seduced by My Childhood Sweetheart’s Brother

Seduced by My Childhood Sweetheart’s Brother

However, her raised lips indicated that she was blatantly eavesdropping happily. I felt lucky to have such liberal parents. Despite Aunt Mel's outrageous actions, Mom didn't vent her displeasure at Colin or limit my interactions with him. It might not be possible for other parents. To a considerable part, my parents' generosity and open-mindedness highlighted Uncle Austin's and Aunt Mel's selfishness and narrow-mindedness. I called Dad in advance. When we arrived downstairs, he was waiting at the entrance to help us move our things. Seeing Colin, Dad exchanged meaningful glances with Mom.

My neighbor is famous

My neighbor is famous

"He'll pick you up on Friday. Try to stay out of trouble, okay?" I slipped into the passenger seat while Dad started the engine. Mom waved from the doorway as we pulled away. A few minutes into the drive, Dad cleared his throat. "Just a heads-up, pumpkin. The Walkers live in one of the most prestigious buildings in Manhattan. Lots of important people live there, so just… stay away from the neighbors, alright?" I frowned. "Important how?" "Rich. Very rich. And you know how those people are... I don't want you showing up in a few months dating some singer with a drug problem."

Taming Sunrise

Taming Sunrise

I stopped myself from groaning in dissent. “We’ll get going.” Mom kissed my forehead and Pops did the same. We assisted them out and locked the door as soon as they left. Caleb and I leaned our backs against the door and looked at each other. “One week without sweet lovin’…” He sighed. “Did you have a premonition about this earlier? You said that you won’t make love with me for a week and your parents suddenly appeared here as if on cue. They even placed us under parental guidance. Are we kids?”

Amazing story so far, I love it. You pull readers in directly from the first chapter. I had a hard time putting it down. Absolutely one of my newest favorites. Thank you for your hard work as a writer.

Truly enjoyed reading this story! The only thing I would say is I wish there was either Dawn POV or Caleb POV at the beginning of each chapter or at the changes throughout the chapters when the POVs changed between the two. Other than that, really well written!! Good job author! 😊

Punished by His Love

Punished by His Love

"You're beautiful, have an advantage, and have studied abroad. People abroad are more open-minded. You have to be open-minded. Do you understand that, my daughter? Our glory in the future, as well as your own glory, depends on you." In order to let Eva be able to seduce the eldest young master of the Shaw family, Keegan, Eva's mother even deliberately bought an adult film for Eva to watch. Over time, since Eva was still very young, her parents had instilled the idea in her that she had to seduce Keegan. If she was successful, then it would be the most glorious thing. Eva also truly practiced what she preached.

Excellent! I have been reading this book for months and I can’t put it down. I enjoy it and wish you would not make me wait so long to continue reading the next chapters. It is repetitive a lot but I can skip over to get to the important part. I will give you a 4.5 because of the repetitiveness.

It Happened Last Year

It Happened Last Year

"So it's because of his parents?" "Well, he is a golden boy. Great grades, great at sports, great looks, super charismatic, and no one knows that he's a monster on the inside," I explain, taking most of these facts from the locker room, "so what is there to hate about him? Girls want to be with him, guys want to be him, parents adore him, and the town sees his family as their saviors." "It's bullshit," she mutters. "How will karma get to him if he's protected by a wall of money and praise? I just—I want to—ugh! If I had a baseball bat and if he was standing right here I would—"
