Huek! The feeling of nausea got worse, she felt like something was going to spill out of her mouth. Her head suddenly felt dizzy. Was this all an effect of her recent stress? But it felt so strange. She never felt this way even if she ate late or even skipped her dinner. Is this what people call acid reflux? Magh?

But then something happened. The peace shattered. She felt a strange tightness in her stomach, as though something was pulling at her insides. At first, she thought it was just indigestion, but the sensation intensified. Her breath hitched in her throat, and she placed her hand over her abdomen, hoping the discomfort would pass. It didn’t. Instead, it grew worse, like a wave of nausea building in her chest. She pushed the plate away, her appetite suddenly gone. She stood up quickly, her chair scraping against the tile floor with a loud noise that echoed in the otherwise quiet kitchen.

"Oh God…" I pushed off the bed and stumbled into the bathroom, barely making it on time. My knees hit the cold tile as I doubled over the toilet and heaved up everything I didn't even remember eating. The sour taste burned my throat. My belly cramped repeatedly as if it wasn't finished with me yet. I was doubled over for a few more seconds, panting and convulsing. Was it food poisoning? A bug? I blew my mouth dry with shaking hands and began towards the sink to wash my face. My face in the mirror was pale, my eyes dull. I clung to the edges of the sink and stood there, trying to get hold of myself, my heart still racing.

He did some checkups and tests on me. "I'm feeling okay, but sometimes after eating some particular food, I usually throw up and feel irritated," I said to him. "For you to have thrown up that means the food you ate is not good for your system while you are pregnant, you have to be extra careful about what you eat daily, so there will be no complications " he replied. "There are some quick irritations to some food also," I said.

Then the curtains will close. A wave of nausea washes over me, and I immediately rush to the bathroom toilet to vomit. I gag a few more times to make sure that I have nothing left to give. I hate this so much. My doctor says that it's normal to feel like this in the morning. All I have to do is drink water and eat something light afterward.
