The Pure-Hearted Princess and the Kiss of Darkness

The Pure-Hearted Princess and the Kiss of Darkness

Juan says, obviously as confused as I feel. “The size is that of a large dog,” I muse. “It’s not from this world, that much I am certain off… whatever was-” I’m cut off suddenly. “It’s a chupacabra,” Carlos says suddenly. “A what?” I ask, grabbing a rod and prodding the thing. “Madre told me about them in her stories of old folklore. They’re vampire-like creatures that suck the blood of livestock and naughty children,” he says, his face pale.

This one holds a Special place in my Heart. Perhaps because I followed the MFC & MMC from childhood but their story is one to make you feel all forms of Emotions (Good, Bad and in between) till the end of the story. I didn't want the story to end just like all this Amazing Author's other works!

I reread the book as it is completed and I have to say this story is even more enthralling then reading it while ongoing. I love this book , ever since King Alejandro, the return of her cold hearted Alpha, with Enrique and Kataleya being kids , I wanted to read this story! And it did not disappoint!

“All of a sudden, we heard rustling in the bushes and we froze in our tracks. Instinctively, Mathias stepped in front of me and shielded me with his arm. “‘Who goes there?’ Mathias shouted in a voice that was unafraid and full of authority. ‘Reveal yourself to me. I, Prince Vasran of the Varangaos, command you!” “From the undergrowth emerged a horrible creature. It stood on all fours but its rear legs were disproportionately taller than its front, so it held its head low and close to the ground. The fact that it was hairless all over added to its unnatural, scrawny appearance. It had the face of a bat with eyes that glowed red like coals, very large ears and jutting fangs. It was a sigbin.”

The Supernatural Spa

Hello there, my dear reader. I'm glad you have returned for more Paranormal and Supernatural stories here at The Spa. We've spoken about the mythological creatures of the Philippines. Well, here is one more to add to your list... Meet the Tikbalang... Tikbalangs are creatures that look like humans but have horse heads. They are actually part of Philippine myths and folklore but are quite different from centaurs who have the body of a man atop the body of a horse. Most depictions of Tikbalangs in illustrations as having horsetails and equine hind feet as well.

Reborn as Problematic Duke's Daughter

"Welcome, Young Lady. Please forgive us for dragging you here without your permission." Cecilia's jaw dropped when saw her interlocutor. It was a white fox with body like human and taller than Cecilia. "Wow." She said in amusement. That creature reminds her with gumiho, a legendary creature in South Korean. It's kind of popular, despite their dangerous reputation for eating human and often portrayed as beautiful woman in drama or some literature. "Hmm, you look surprised than afraid, Young Lady." "Well, more importantly, why did you bring me here? My fiancé must be worried about me."

They do fly, and when they fly, they do like sugar gliders instead of apes. “Ba... Batis. The mythological creatures of Seram Island. They just like Ebu Gogo, but they live in a shrewdness.” Jeje explained. “Cannibal?” Alfi asked. “Right,” Jeje replied. “Pedophile?” “Right.” “Why are the mythological creatures of Indonesia pedophiles? Should I be a cannibal so that I won’t get imprisoned?” Alfi sighed. “Alfi, it’s no time for that!” ßenlong exclaimed.

and indeed the two boys left her alone as they are busy knowing what biringan is. The word biringan may mean another, especially when looking in the Philippine culture and geographic, but to the two spies, it was their little code, something they made during their training. Something that only them understands. To the Philippine geographic area, Biringan was a mythical place in which the ‘engkantos’ lived. Not everyone can access the said place, and no human has ever gone in and successfully out of the said place. Boeing mythical that it is, it cannot be seen by the naked eye, and no one knows how to really access the place. It is only that, you may be unfortunate to unknowingly stumble upon

Billionaire's Accidental Wife

"It must have been an extremely painstaking effort to create them, even for just a mere replica." The Russian seemed to be slightly interested. Javier was less intrigued. He stood, arms crossed with a stern demeanour. Dave stopped at the last sculpture and examined it closely. Some were animal statues of lions, foxes, and the three demons, Krahang, a male ghost that flies in the night. Krasue, a woman's head with her viscera hanging down from the neck. Mae Nak is a female ghost who died in childbirth and can extend her arms. Phi Am, is a spirit that sits on a person's chest during the night. He traced the stonework with his finger, still amazed by what the ancients could do.

Beneath The Sea

Beneath The Sea

She didn’t answer my question instead, a ball of water appeared on her hand then it slowly went to the ground. The water spawned a creepy creature. I don’t know what it’s called but I’m pretty sure that it’s one of the Philippine Mythological Creatures. It’s blue like water. The creature started flying with its bat wings. What’s horrific about this creature is that it only has an upper torso! It has fangs as if it was going to eat us, yikes!

Shadowed Creatures

Shadowed Creatures

They gave birth to powerful witches who in turn created powerful covens. By the turn of the new millennium, other creatures had appeared. Created by other forces. Werewolves hunted alongside vampires in the night. The Fae, the most mysterious of all creatures resided in the dense forests within their fairy rings or in the still waters of the lakes and ponds in the forms of water nymphs. Gnomes and leprechauns set up home in the hills and wetlands. Other creatures which once roamed the world a plenty were becoming extinct. Creatures such as dragons and unicorns each were hunted to extinction for the magical healing qualities.
