Then he took the black stone, pressed it to his forehead, and closed his eyes. “Give me her full name,” Stooper said softly. “Gabriella Hawkins ” Steve replied without hesitation. “And the one she’s bonded to?” Stooper asked. “Simon,” Steve said, and his jaw tightened just from saying the name.

Steven cried as he spoke, he was wrong he admitted it, Nathan of all people should understand where he was coming from. He was an orphan at an early age because of rogues, Nathan knows of his resentment towards rogues and distrust for them. Could he not understand him? “Get way from me, fucker!” Stevens pinches my jaw to make me look at him in the eyes. They change colors from a pale blue to a purple.
