“Trust me this time, honey! This time is different.” My wife Chloe Rinn’s voice echoed through the quiet living room. When she went shopping today, her best friend had recommended her a new plastic surgery clinic. Apparently, the clinic had headhunted a famous plastic surgeon from Korea with the offer of a high salary. The surgeon was very skilled and had many celebrities on his resume. Since they were just starting out, the clinic only charged thirty thousand dollars for a full-face makeover.

My hair stylists did a good job of making me near-deaf in one ear with the volume of hair they packed there, but I still heard Damon clearly through it. “Okay.” I agreed. “Smile.” Damon commanded, through opened teeth and a smiley face. I looked at Damon in shock. How do people pretend? I've always been one who's face mirrored their expressions. “Stop looking at me so dumbly.” Damon said. “Smile.” He instructed again, and like his puppet which I was growing to be, I flashed my most brilliant smile. As I involuntarily wore my face muscles out, trying to fake a smile that wasn't even as deep as my throat, I wondered if I could really sustain that kinda life.

Seeing the woman avoiding him like a snake, Finn slightly raised his eyebrows, "What are you backing up for? Isn't plastic surgery a normal thing? Why are you so scared after I pointed it out?" The woman's back stiffened, and she realized that she had overreacted, so she quickly lowered her eyelids to cover the panic in her eyes and forced a smile. "Doctor, I'm not scared. I just don't want my history to be exposed in public. After all, girls like to say that they are natural beauties and hate to be revealed as plastic beauties."

Natalie patiently asked. When she asked this question, a faint smile unconsciously appeared on Jake's face that left Natalie stunned. Now, she can close her mouth fully. After the recovery rays from the beauty pod, her skin was recovering faster.

If she were a child, I'd have smacked her for falling for their deceit. "I'm done being authentic. A little enhancement never hurts anyone. My gap tooth and the pimple on my forehead are screaming Dracula's daughter." The image of a little vampire princess in a pink nightie was almost comical, and I laughed aloud at her antics. "Was that necessary? Ask anyone, and they'll tell you that your teeth enhance your features. I love it and it gives you a unique smile. Stop acting dramatic." She blew a raspberry. "If I were as flawless as you, I wouldn't be stuck as a single pringle with no dude to oil my engine."

I asked back, unsurely and she nodded with a huge smile. "Yup babe, your smile was missing and without that sweet smile, Mayra looks missing." She chipped. I bite my lips in disappointment.
