“You little-” Freya glared at him, eyes gleaming like a wolf’s in the dark. “Don't f*cking touch me!" She spat, wiping her lips roughly as if his mere touch disgusted her. His jaw clenched, but he remained stoic, glaring at her with a bleeding lip. For a moment, they stood there, breathing hard and glaring in vicious hatred. The storm between them was no longer just brewing; it was alive. And far from over.

Alone in this cruel unfair world. I lifted my gaze to him and glared, not that I was offended by his words but I just wanted to show him, his words didn't get to me...even though they did. He didn't return he glare, but instead his lips tilted to a side into a self satisfied smirk as he stared at my teary eyes.

Instead of breaking our staring contest, I glare right back at him, challenging him. Come and get me, I’m saying. You’re on, his glare says back.

Is he going to apologize now? "What?" I shot back giving him my deadliest glare. If eyes can kill, then he's probably lying down now with all his blood dripping out of his body. That's a strange thought, but I don't care. He chased his breath when he stopped in front of me. I just watched him have his inhale and exhale session. I crossed my arms without taking away my glare at him. He shook his head when he saw it and put his hands on his waist. He looked at me like a joke, but I fought back. Glare fights, this is nothing compared to all the struggles I've won in life.

Melody's eyes narrowed, her gaze fixed on Shana. "Finally, the glare is back. I've missed it," Shana teased, a mischievous glint in her eyes. A small smile tugged at the corners of her lips as she continued, "The somber look was becoming really tiring." Unable to resist Shana's playful banter, Melody grinned back, "You are the absolute worst Shana." "Tsk Tsk. You know you love me," Shana retorted, her voice laced with amusement.

I refused to throw him a single glance as he caught up to me. His mouth opened and closed like a fish out of water, his confidence momentarily shaken. For a moment, I relished in the knowledge that I had managed to rattle him, if only slightly. Noah's reaction to my glare faded into a low chuckle, his hand casually slipping into his pocket as he assessed me. "You're pissed, Isabella. And why’s that?" He raised a single, mocking brow, unfazed by the daggers my gaze was throwing his way.

The glint in her eye could give the devil a run for its money. Prowling towards her like the predator I am, I grab her chin in mine, bringing her eyes to mine, leaning in close to her lips, keeping a small distance, I murmur, "Trust me, princess, you'll regret teasing me when I finally get my claws into you." Releasing her chin, I walk away, answering the door, to find Matt and Charity on the other side glaring at each other with enough hate to start a war, their heads snapping to attention when they see me standing there.

I conclude. I heave and smile in relief. We exchange glances. Rowan and I. We both exchange glaring and love exempted glances. Glances habouring every imagined negative emotions and hatred between ourselves. Glances extremely powerful to kneel any pack member and force deeply hidden truth off their once reluctant and hardened heart. Such glance do we currently share. He sigh deeply. I smile. He certainly gets my narration. His expression proves it all. Their darkness is relentless. He understands every mentioned details within the narration.

I said, my eyes glistening as tears rolled down my cheeks. His lips curled upwards into a smirk, his eyes glistening with wrath, a stark contrast to my desperate plea for freedom and sanity. He was amused and seemed to be enjoying himself, which pierced my heart. After a few seconds of dwelling on his satisfaction, his smile froze, and his expression turned glim. "Do you think you have a choice? Huh?" He glared, his brows raised quizzically, and his eyes glinted with a mix of fury and mockery

Still no eye contact. “I’m sorry, were you under the impression that you can just appear after disappearing for two goddamn days and take him home like you’re the fairy mafia godmother of this shitshow?” I snapped. “No. Nah. I don’t think so. You’re not about to waltz in here like you didn’t leave me dry and rotting, like your name doesn’t still taste like battery acid in my mouth.” Aiden and Devin were still locked in their psycho stare-off, glaring like they were both one insult away from a kill.
