With those word bein the last she would hear before giving into the weakness of her knees, eyes and mind. Jasmine awoke with a jolt. The sun shone in her eyes, causing the pounding in her head to worsen. She shut her eyes. Only opening them again until they were slits, allowing her to get a glimpse of her surroundings. The only thing she could see were rocks. It seemed as if they were in a mountain valley, or perhaps an area where there were caves.

In that moment, Jasmine opened her eyes, faced with the mesmerizing night sky. The pleasure from the passionate touch on her neck made Jasmine bite her lip. The hand that had been around her back slowly descended, tracing her waist before turning her body and laying her back on the sun lounge. Seeing Mr. Hawthorne’s face far above hers, regulating his breath, Jasmine reached out, but her wrist was quickly grasped.
