Age Bound Ecstasy

Age Bound Ecstasy

Crushed it under her heel. Plastic cracked. Circuits sparked. Died. The house exhaled. The fire snapped. The sea whispered below. Ethan lowered the pistol. Looked at her. “Is it gone?” She looked at the place where the shape had stood. Dust settled. Nothing remained but lamplight and moonlight. She nodded once. “It’s gone.” They returned to the mattress. Lay down together. Bodies close. Hands linked. The pistol remained on the table.

Return of the Abandoned Wife

Return of the Abandoned Wife

There comes a moment— When innocence ends. --- Not slowly. --- Not gently. --- But all at once. --- A single truth— --- Too heavy to ignore. --- Too real to escape. --- And in that moment— --- You are no longer who you were. --- The chamber remained tense. --- Not with movement— --- But with everything unsaid. --- Elena stood between two worlds. --- The past— --- Standing in front of her. --- And the future— --- Standing beside her.

Not the One at the End of the Path

Not the One at the End of the Path

"Seraphine, next time, don't let me find you first." As the villa collapsed, cracks spread through the entire world. The sky shattered like a broken mirror, peeling away in fragments and revealing the black streams of code beneath it. The ground gave way, and mountains and rivers dissolved into streams of meaningless data. Caspian, Thalia, and everyone else in that world turned into scattered points of light in an instant, dissolving into the void. The world collapsed. "I'm sorry, Seraphine. As compensation, I will still give you the promised reward," the system said.

Rejected By The Alpha, Desired By The Immortal King

Rejected By The Alpha, Desired By The Immortal King

The seam in the sky healed by a breath. A fisherman’s lantern burned steadily. A pup on Blackthorn’s ridge learned to say no without fear. A woman in the market changed her price and hated neither number. I laid a palm on the warm ash. “Begin.” The Hall obeyed. And the heartbeat-that-isn’t lingered in the air not a promise, an option.

THE GOLDEN BOY'S TARGET

THE GOLDEN BOY'S TARGET

means anymore I don’t know if you can fix a story once people decide how it ends I type Maybe if I just stay quiet, they’ll forget then delete it The moonlight cuts through my curtains, too bright for my liking and I lie there thinking about how silence isn’t always safety sometimes it’s just surrender dressed in peace Still tomorrow I’ll walk different halls keep my head down pretend I’m invisible And maybe if I do it long enough I’ll start to believe it ---

TUNNELS

TUNNELS

When cities wear around their necksthe seethe of the cold, traffic slowsto the gutter the clambering freeze, and half a heart this rain touches our skin, mere stains we believe home recollectsmemories, drops of names unclutteringsuspiciously in the melting shadow, over the ice age of our singular breath, surface of things revives in the darkwhat is lost from a deep gorge of sleep, seconds on the side of water, more hope than hiding, beyond the evening light--there is a rustle of a long sworn word,a lonely song at the night’s heels, oh—but were you there to hear it?

She Belongs To The Sky

She Belongs To The Sky

You should see hers. He reads it out, in a voice worthy of Television, as though he were standing before an audience. The poet can be poem-less. The writer, word-less And the warrior sword-less. With you, I am not lovel— "Okay, " I say "that's enough for one day.".

Billionaire' s Possessive Love.

Billionaire' s Possessive Love.

I look everywhere but no one is there except, me in the pool. “Amelia must be in the shower,” I murmur panicked leaving the waters and walking towards the changing room. What was that? Was I hallucinating? My whole body shivered as I turned on the shower to cold so that I, can feel calm. The words in the note repeat in my head like a loop trying to interpret what they could mean. “The flower spread the poison,” I murmur. Something, so beautiful yet deceptive enough to kill you. Is, that, what it meant? But that’s what poems are, they could have a different meaning to different people.

I enjoyed this story very much. Great story that I couldn't stop reading. It held my attention until the very end. There were some grammar issues and name changing which was confusing (Adrain/Aidan and Jake/Jacob). I recommend this book. I will definitely check out other books from this author!

THEIR COLD AND CONFUSED HEARTS

THEIR COLD AND CONFUSED HEARTS

Zadkiel. Allen couldn't help smiling while reading the young man's short letter. “Then I won't hesitate to use your kitchen young man...” he mumbled to himself happily and headed straight towards the kitchen. After half an hour, he was already done cooking but the woman of his life haven't had woken up yet. He walked towards the living and opened the television to watch some news. “Flash report! Five men were reported lifeless in the alley! The medics declared that they were possibly poisoned to death as their mouths were continuously foaming...” A female voice of a reporter ranged through Allen’s ears and it caught his immediate attention.
